The Commercial Resilient Limited Warranty covers Armstrong
Flooring’s regular (first quality) commercial resilient floor
products. The warranty protects against manufacturing defects and
is valid from the date of purchase through the limited warranty
period.
Proper installation, care, and maintenance are crucial for the
performance of Armstrong Flooring floors. Detailed guidelines for
installation and maintenance can be found on the website www.FloorExpert.com.
It is important to note that AHF does not provide warranty
coverage for installers’ workmanship. Any issues related to
workmanship errors should be addressed to the contractor
responsible for the installation.
If a defect covered by this limited warranty is reported in
writing within one year of purchase, AHF will supply new Armstrong
Flooring material of the same or similar grade to repair or replace
the defective product. AHF will also cover reasonable labor costs
within the first year.
However, labor costs will not be covered if defects were already
apparent before or at the time of installation.
Uninstalled samples are required to determine if a product is
within manufacturing specifications. It is important to retain
uninstalled samples for this purpose.
This expressed limited warranty is the only warranty provided by
Armstrong Flooring. All other warranties, including warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.
Armstrong Flooring also excludes any liability for lost profits or
any other indirect, special, or consequential damages.
No installer, retailer, distributor, or employee has the
authority to alter the obligations, limitations, disclaimers, or
exclusions under any of Armstrong Flooring’s warranties.
This limited warranty extends only to the original end-user and
is non-transferable. It applies to products purchased after July
26, 2022. Please keep the receipt as it is required to verify the
date and proof of purchase for resolving any problems.

Product Usage Instructions
1. Installation: It is recommended to have your Armstrong
Flooring product professionally installed by contractors with
expertise in installing commercial floors. Follow the installation
guidelines provided on the website www.FloorExpert.com.
2. Care and Maintenance: Proper care and maintenance are
essential for the performance and longevity of your Armstrong
Flooring product. Refer to the care and maintenance guidelines
provided on the website www.FloorExpert.com for detailed
instructions on how to clean and maintain your floor.
3. Reporting Defects: If you notice a manufacturing defect in
your Armstrong Flooring product within one year of purchase, report
it in writing to AHF. Provide all necessary details and
documentation, including the receipt, to initiate the warranty
claim process.
4. Retaining Uninstalled Samples: It is important to retain
uninstalled samples of your Armstrong Flooring product. These
samples may be required to determine if the product is within
manufacturing specifications.

Commercial Resilient Limited Warranty
Products AHF Products (“AHF”) warrants its regular (first quality) Armstrong FlooringTM commercial resilient floor products (“Product” or “Products”) to be free from manufacturing defects from the date of purchase through the limited warranty period (see applicable Products and years below).
Installation, Care & Maintenance Proper care, maintenance, and installation play a key role in the performance of Armstrong Flooring floors. Installation and maintenance guidelines can be found on our website www.FloorExpert.com.
Workmanship AHF does not warrant the installers’ workmanship. Workmanship errors should be addressed to the contractor who installed the Product. Your Armstrong Flooring Products should be professionally installed by contractors who have demonstrated expertise in installing commercial floors.
Terms Within One Year: If a defect covered by this limited warranty is reported to AHF in writing within one year of purchase, AHF will supply new Armstrong Flooring material of the same or similar grade sufficient to repair or replace the defective product. AHF will also pay reasonable labor costs.
Within Two Years: If a defect covered by this limited warranty is reported to AHF in writing after one year but within two years of purchase, AHF will supply new Armstrong Flooring material of the same or similar grade sufficient to repair or replace the defective product. AHF will also pay fifty percent of the reasonable labor costs. After Two Years: If a defect covered by this limited warranty is reported to AHF in writing after two years but within the limited warranty period (see applicable Products and years), AHF will supply new Armstrong Flooring material of the same or similar grade sufficient to repair or replace the defective product. AHF will not pay labor costs.
AHF will not pay labor costs to repair or replace material with defects that were apparent before or at the time of installation.
Uninstalled samples are required to determine if a Product is within manufacturing specifications. Please ensure that uninstalled samples are retained.
Exclusions The following are not covered by this limited warranty: improper installation; differences in color between Products and samples or photographs; indentation from failure to use floor protectors; indentation from high heels or spiked shoes; indentation from improper loading of rolling loads, chairs, or other furniture; loss of gloss and scratching due to improper care; discoloration; failure of the product to adhere to the subfloor due to, but not limited to, moisture, alkaline, or hydrostatic pressure from the subfloor; and/or inappropriate end-user activities. FloorExpert.com for proper installation, care, and maintenance information for your floor.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES BEYOND THIS EXPRESSED LIMITED WARRANTY. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED. ARMSTRONG FLOORING EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE THE ONLY REMEDIES AVAILABLE FOR BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
NOTE: Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary depending on the state, territory, or jurisdiction to state. Unless otherwise precluded by law, this Limited Warranty shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to any of its conflicts of laws provisions.
