Assembly Instruction
- STEP 1:
Locate Magnets
Ensure Cushions are correct way up, with magnets facing forktyne shaft.
- STEP 2:
Position Cushion
Position the Cushions over the forktyne so it meets the top of shaft. - STEP 3:
Push Firmly
Push Cushions firmly against the forktyne shaft to ensure strong contact is made with magnets. - STEP 4:
To Remove
Reverse steps 1-3 to remove Genie Grips® Cushions. - STEP 5:
Storage
Store Cushions away neatly on forklift to ensure Genie Grips® are easily accessible at all times.
ALWAYS:
- Ensure forklift truck is only operated by licensed/trained personnel and in accordance with manufacturer’s safe operating procedures.
HELPFUL HINT:
“Ensure Genie Grips® Cushions magnets are kept clean and free of contamination (eg grease, oil, paint, etc)”
