HOW TO SET UP CYNC DEVICES IN THE GOOGLE HOME APP
- Activate the Google Home app.
- In the top left corner, select Add Set up device+ > New device.
- Follow the guidelines in the program to complete setup.
HOW TO SET A SCHEDULE FOR LIGHTS AND PLUGS
- Launch Google Home, select Routines, and then select Manage routines.
- Select a pre-made Routine or tap Add +.
HOW TO UNLINK CYNC DEVICE FROM THE GOOGLE HOME APP
- Make sure the lights and plugs are turned on.
- the Google Home app, and then
- Your Cync (C by GE) device’s tile should be pressed and held.
- To remove a device, select Settings > Remove device >. All of your Cync bulbs and plugs are removed when you remove one device. There is no way to remove certain Sync plugs and lights.
FAQs
– Definitely! They put out the equivalent of a 60W bulb. I have just one in the light fixture in my ceiling fan, and it works fine in a room that’s roughly 12×20.
– Only compatible with a 2.4 GHz network. C by GE is not compatible with 5 GHz networks. Some routers will combine the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands into a single SSID. Cync and C by GE products are compatible with this situation for most routers.
– If you use the app you can choose from any color on the spectrum. Unlimited. If you use alexa, you can pre-program colors using commands like “alexa – red lamp” and set the color you want into the programmed command. I also like these lights because I trust the GE app more than I trust other apps. I have heard bad things about putting apps from cheaper companies on your phone. The GE app works fine and hasn’t had any issues.

– Yes our Full Color Smart Bulbs do have the ability to change their color temperature to a natural daylight color. Everything from Daylight, Sunlight, Early Morning, or Sunrise color temperatures. Should you have any further questions please feel to reach out to us directly.
– This light is not rated for outdoor use however we do sell an outdoor flood light if that might interest you. Feel free to contact us directly if you have additional questions.
– No our bulbs are LED and do not emit any infrared light. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us directly.
– These bulbs are compatible with the Alexa, Cync, and Google Home apps and can be grouped with other Cync lights in Alexa.
– We do not recommend these bulbs to be in an enclosed fixture due to the way LED lights dissipate their heat.
– These are E26 size. I have no idea if they would work in an E27 base.
– bulbs do not work with Homekit at this time, however our bluetooth bulbs work with Homekit if you have the C-Reach hub connected through Homekit. Feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

– As far as I know, there are no cams in the bulbs. They also sell cameras that have smart features. Cync is known for smart accessories, bulbs and cameras are among the best sellers.
