Installation steps
- Putting the product on the flat floor. Taking out the plastic tray, wire tray, and all other accessories.
- Expand the two sides and use 2 wrenches for tightening 4 Bolt Sets and all panels.
- Use Allen Key to tighten the screws and top panel.
Make sure the Platic Tray and Wire Tray are removed and that the Crate is empty beiowheel installation.
- Put the cage upside down and use a wrench to install 4 wheels.
- Inserting the wire tray and plastic tray into the bottom of the box in order, the plastic tray is under the wire tray.
1. Q: The wheels of my product were fall off, what can I do?
A: Please check whether the weld of the dog cage is losing weld or the threads of the wheel are not available. If it was the wheels without threads, please contact us and we will provide you with a replacement. If it was losing weld, please send us some photos. We will provide you with a solution.
2. Q: Does the tray also fit inside the crate? Using inside as other crates do so our dog does not walk in wires all day.
A: We recommend using a wire tray on top of a plastic tray because the main function of a plastic tray is to prevent dust from falling on the floor. If the plastic tray is used directly, it is easy to break because of the weight of the dog.
3. Q: The lock on the top of my crate can’t align and can’t close, what should Ido?
A: First loosen the top two screws, aligned them after the door is closed, and then tighten the screws, and you can solve the problem.
