DC-CCB-4OZ ProClean Neutralizer

Product Information:

The ProClean NeutralizerTM is a cleaning solution designed for
concrete surfaces. It effectively removes residue and prepares the
surface for further treatment such as staining or sealing. The
solution comes in concentrate form and is available in two sizes: 1
gallon and 5 gallons.

Product Usage Instructions:

  1. Calculate Solution Amount: Determine the size of your project
in square feet. Keep in mind that 1 gallon of ProClean
NeutralizerTM covers approximately 200 square feet.
  2. Select Concentrate Size: Choose the appropriate concentrate
size based on the amount of solution you need to make (1 or 5
    gallons).
  3. Prepare Sprayer/Container: If using a sprayer, remove any
filters. Pour the ProClean NeutralizerTM concentrate into the
sprayer or a mixing container. Add the corresponding amount of
    water.
  4. Mix Solution:
    • For 1 gallon: Mix 4 ounces of ProClean NeutralizerTM
concentrate with 1 gallon of water.
    • For 5 gallons: Mix 1 quart of ProClean NeutralizerTM
concentrate with 5 gallons of water.
  5. Apply the ProClean NeutralizerTM Solution:
    • Wear spiked shoes to avoid leaving shoe prints on the
      floor.
    • Scrub the concrete surface using a scrub brush or a low-speed
floor buffer with a brush attachment.
    • Remove the residue with a wet-dry vacuum (a cotton mop can be
used, but it is less effective).
    • CAUTION: ProClean NeutralizerTM may be harmful if swallowed or
ingested. Contact with skin can cause mild irritation. Avoid
      contact with eyes.
  6. Rinse and Dry the Surface:
    • Rinse the surface thoroughly with plenty of water to wash away
      all residue.
    • Ensure that no residue remains on the surface as it can affect
      the adhesion of subsequent treatments.
    • Allow the surface to dry completely for at least 8 hours before
      applying a sealer.
