7. When removing the dumbbell or grip from the dumbbell tray, do
   not press the safety lock or turn the weight selector.
8. When selecting the weight setting, the dumbbell group can only
   be lifted when the position beep is heard, and the grip is parallel
   to the corresponding weight indication mark.

2. Coloca el contrapeso La parte con ranura de la pieza de contrapeso debe mirar hacia el centro de la mancuerna (tal como se muestra en la imagen).
Las piezas de contrapeso se distribuyen uniformemente a ambos lados de la mancuerna.

Anweisungen für den Gebrauch
1. Wählen Sie das gewünschte Gewicht Halten Sie den Sicherheitsverschluss geschlossen und stellen Sie das Gewicht durch Drehen des Griffs ein, um das ideale Gewicht für Ihr persönliches Training zu wählen.
