Product Information:
The SNAILAX Neck and Back Massager (model SL-232A) is an
electric massage device designed to provide a soothing and relaxing
massage experience. It offers various features and functions to
customize the massage according to individual preferences. The
massager is equipped with Shiatsu neck massage, rolling massage
with adjustable width control, a customized area back massage, and
an optional heat function for both neck and back massages. It also
includes seat vibration massage and compression on the back and
seat. The product is made with PU leather and breathable mesh for
comfort.
The massager comes with a removable and washable cover/flap for
easy maintenance. It has the following technical

Product Usage Instructions:
- Attach the massager to a chair using elastic straps or place it
on another support surface. - Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable on the
cushion. - Plug the home adapter into an electric outlet.
- Turn on the device using the controller (refer to instructions
on page 5). - After use, place the controller in the pouch at the side of the
cushion. - The intensity of the back massage can be adjusted by attaching
or detaching the intensity control flap. - The intensity of the neck massage can be adjusted by attaching
or detaching the neck cover. - If the Shiatsu massage feels too strong, install the neck cover
or back flap onto the cushion for a softer massage. Alternatively,
place a blanket or towel between yourself and the massager to
reduce the intensity further. - If the Shiatsu nodes cannot reach your desired areas (neck,
shoulder, lower back), adjust the height of your back by using a
seat cushion or pillow on the seating part. - It is recommended not to exceed a continuous massage of 15
minutes per session and not to exceed three sessions in a day.
Controller Instructions:
1. NECK massage height adjustment: Long press the respective
buttons to manually adjust the height of the neck massage.
2. NECK massage Direction: Press once to turn on neck massage,
press again to change the rotation direction. In auto program mode,
pressing once will turn on neck Shiatsu with automatic rotation
direction change every 1 minute. Press again to turn off neck
massage.
3. AUTO: Press to activate all functions, press again to turn
off.
4. Upper/Lower: Select Upper or Lower back to designate the area
covered by the Shiatsu massage.
5. Shiatsu Button: Press to turn on/off a full back Shiatsu
massage.

Setup and Operaon
1. Aach the massager to a chair with elasc straps or place it on other support. 2. Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable on the cushion.
3. Plug the home adapter into an electric outlet. 4. Turn on the device using the controller ( instrucons on page 5 ). 5. When finished place the controller in the pouch at the side of the cushion. 6. Detachable intensity control flap for back lets you choose a soer or more intense massage. 7. Detachable cover for neck lets you choose a soer or more intense massage.
Note : If the Shiatsu is too strong,
Install the neck cover / back flap onto the cushion to get a soer massage. Place a blanket or towel between you and the massager to achieve a far
soer massage intensity if you sll feel too strong shiatsu aer installing the flap onto the cushion.
If the shiatsu can’t reach your neck,shoulder,lower back area
If you want to massage your neck, shoulder,lower back, but the shiatsu nodes can not reach the area in need. You may adjust the height of your back when sing, by placing a seat cushion or a pillow on the sing part.

6. Rolling Buon Press to acvate Rolling funcon, the massage nodes travel up & down across the
muscle gently.
7. Heat Therapy: Press to acvate heat funcon on neck and back Simultaneously.
The heat can be turned on independently.
8. Target Buon Press to focus traveling massage nodes at desired posion.
9. Air Compression Buon Press to turn on/off the seat and lumbar compression massage funcon on thighs,
seat and waist. Three compression intensity are selectable.
10. SEAT Buon To turn on/off seat vibraon Massage, Low, Medium, High three intensity for opon.
11. Power Buon Press to acvate standby mode, it must be on for any funcon to work,
press again to turn off.
Note: Switching off the power while in operaon will cause the rollers to return to their storage posion.
Care and Cleaning Instrucons
1. Do not wash in washing machine or immerse the product or the adapter in water. 2. Always switch off before cleaning and remove the adapter from the socket with clean, dry hands. 3. The massager should be wiped with a slightly moist cloth and dried thoroughly. Do not wipe the
product with alcohol or harsh chemicals such as thinner or bleach. 4. The Cover for neck is detachable and washable. 5. Do not overstretch the elasc back straps. 6. Keep away from heat, fire or exposure to direct sunlight. 7. Do not apply excessive pressure or impact onto massager/massage heads. Applicaon of a direct
force in excess of 110 lbs. may damage your massager and invalidate your warranty. Refrain from over usage of the device. 8. Store the massager in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. 9. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the cover of massager.

Solutions
The load on the massage heads is excessive. Reduce load and try again. The roller mechanism may be stalled when subjected to excessive force. Release excessive force on the rollers. Device may have been in use for 15mins. Auto-shutoff funcon acvated. Connue using by pressing the `power’ buon aer resng the unit for 15mins. Over-heat protecon funcon acvated. Device is switched off for your safety. Please rest device for 1530mins before restarng. Check if device has been used for more than 15mins. If so, let device rest for 15mins before connuing. Device may require longer me to cool in warmer environments. Check if adapter is plugged into socket. Check if adapter output is connected to device power inlet wire. Excessive pressure may have been applied onto the device. Reduce the load and try again.
Device may be jammed. Remove pressure / load from the device and press the ‘Full Back’ buon to try again.
