Product Information
The JV12 is a vacuum cleaner that incorporates various cleaning
functions such as vacuuming, tapping, and UV mode. It features an
on/off button, a dust cup release button, a dust cup indicator, a
brushroll, an ultrasonic generator, a UV light cover, a power cord,
a brushroll cover, a UV light, and a brush. The package includes
one vacuum cleaner, one filter, one mini brush, and one user
manual.
Product Usage Instructions
1. Function Description:
- Insert the plug into the socket and press the on/off button to
activate the vacuuming + tapping + UV mode. All indicators will
light up. Press the on/off button again to stop the machine. - Notice: For safety reasons, the UV light only
works within 3cm above an object and at less than 30° inclination.
Otherwise, the UV light will automatically turn off.
2. Dust Cup Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Turn off the machine and unplug the power cord. Press the dust
cup release button and lift it upward to remove the dust cup. - Hold the dust cup and dust cup cover separately, twist the dust
cup lid anticlockwise to remove it from the dust cup for
cleaning. - Notice: Do not tap the filter on the reverse
side to avoid clogging. Use the attached mini brush to clean the
cyclone metal filter. - After cleaning the dust cup, rotate the cyclone (according to
the arrow) to separate the dual cyclone cover, dual cyclone upper
cover, and inner cyclone for cleaning. - After cleaning, assemble the parts in reverse order. Make sure
not to miss the filter as its absence can cause product
failure. - Notice: Use water or neutral reagents to clean
the dust cup frequently. Ensure that both the filter and dust cup
are completely dry before using the product again.
3. Brushroll Cleaning:
- Turn off the machine and unplug the power cord. Rotate the lock
knob from the locked position to the unlock position to remove the
cover and roller brush for cleaning. - After brushroll cleaning, snap the hex-gear side into the base
first and press the other side. Install the cover in the reverse
order of removing. - Notice: For safety reasons, always turn off
the machine and unplug the power cord before cleaning the
brushroll.
4. UV Light Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Turn off the machine and unplug the power cord. Use a cross
screwdriver to remove the UV light cover and wipe the UV light with
a dry cloth. - After cleaning, assemble the parts back in reverse order.
- Notice: For safety reasons, ensure that the
machine is turned off and the power cord is unplugged before
cleaning the UV light to avoid electric shock.
Maintenance and Storage:
- Clean the dust cup and filter after each use for further use.
It is recommended to replace the filter after 30-50 hours of
working time (depending on specific situation) for better
performance. - Any paper, lead glass, or plastic can greatly affect the effect
of the UV light. Regularly wipe and clean the UV light tube for
optimal performance. - Avoid touching the UV light tube as dirt can affect the UV
light’s effectiveness.

Use of the product
Function description

Insert the plug into the socket, press on/off button, the machine is in vacuuming + tapping + UV mode, all indicators light up. Press on/off button again, the machine stops working(Fig 1).

Notice: for safety reasons, the UV light only works within 3cm above object as well as less than 30 inclination degrees. Otherwise, the UV light will automatically turn off.

Dust cup cleaning
1.Turn off the machine and unplug the power cord. Then press the release button and lift upward (Fig 2).

2.Hold the dust cup and dust cup cover separately, twist dust cup lid anticlockwise (Fig 3), remove it from dust cup to clean (Fig 4).
3.Do Not tap the filter in reverse side in case of filter 5 clog(Fig 5).
4.Clean the cyclone metal filter with the attached mini brush(Fig 6).
5.After cleaning dust cup, rotate cyclone(according to the arrow in Fig 6), separate the dual cyclone cover, dual cyclone upper cover and inner cyclone to clean 7 (Fig 7).

6.After cleaning, assemble parts in reverse order. Do Not miss the filter, filter missing can cause product failure.

Notice: use water or neutral reagents to clean dust cup frequently. Make sure the filter and dust cup are frequently. Make sure the filter and dust cup are completely dry before another use.

Brushroll Cleaning

Turn off the machine and unplug the power cord, rotate the lock knob with a coin or flatblade screwdriver from locked position to unlock position (Fig 8) to remove the cover and roller brush to clean up(Fig 9).
After brushroll cleaning, snap the hex-gear side into the base first and press the other side.Install the cover in the reverse order of removing(Fig 10) .
Notice: for safety reasons, turn off the machine and unplug power cord before cleaning brushroll.

Turn off the machine and unplug the power cord and remove the UV light cover with a cross screwdriver, wipe the UV light with dry cloth.
After cleaning, assemble parts back in reverse 11 order.
Notice: for safety reasons, please be sure to turn off the machine and unplug the power cord before cleaning UV light in case of electric shock.

Cautions
Please read this instruction manual carefully before use and keep it properly for future use. Never leave the machine working without supervision. Keep this product beyond the reach of special individual such as children without adult supervision. Keep the power cord away from sharp objects and do not drag the cord to move the machine in case of cord damage. Do not use this product to clean water or wet dust. Do Not operate it in humid places (such as bathroom, toilet, laundry room, etc.) to avoid malfunction. This product can ONLY use for cleaning of textiles such as mattresses, blankets, pillows, sofas, etc. Do Not place the machine near heating appliances or expose it to direct sunlight in case of fire hazard. For safety reasons, please do not use the product to clean hot objects such as carbon, cigarette butts, sharp objects such as broken glass, corrosive liquids, flammable and explosive materials such as gasoline and alcohol. Otherwise it may cause product damage or fire. Do Not operate this machine with suction port blocked in case of product damage. Do Not remove the brushroll cover or force the cover outward when the machine is powered on for safety reasons. The product has UV light, for safety reasons, Do Not look at the bottom of the machine when the power is on in case of ultraviolet rays harming. Do Not apply this product to plants. Excessive use of UV may cause object damage.
Do NOT sit on this product in case of personal injury and product damage.
Cut the power source in maintenance or off-service.
When UV protective lampshade is dusty to cause UV light always on, for safety reasons, please wipe it with clean mope.
Please turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord if the machine is to be idled. Do Not unplug the power cord with humid hand in case of electric shock.
If the power cord is damaged, please ask for professional help of the manufacturer and other professionals for safety reasons.

Trouble Shooting
Please check the following trouble points before go to the maintenance department.

The UV function is automatically off for safety reasons or weak reflection of object. The machine operates on the same position for a long time.
The machine is placed upright.
The UV function operates on the condition of less than 5CM height from the object. Move the machine forward and backward Machine tilted no more than 30 degrees.
Sensor window is contaminate.
Clean the sensor window with a half-dry cloth.
UV light damage.
Contact after-sale service.
Automatically turned off
Dust cup full. Suction port clogged.
Filter blocked.
The machine will automatically turn off to prevent the motor under long operation. If the machine automatically turned off , please clean up the dust cup and filter, unplug power cord and reuse if after 2 hours.
Brushroll failure
Brushroll tangled with foreign matter. Belt broken.
Remove the cover and clean up brushroll according to user guide.
Remove the cover according to user guide and check the belt. If
broken, contact after-sale to repair.
If fault remains after adopting the following solutions, contact after sale service or local distributor immediately.
