Product Information:

This product is designed for indoor use only. It is important to
regularly check the cord, transformer, and all other parts for
damage. If any part is damaged, the product should not be used.
Different materials require different types of fittings, so always
choose screws and plugs that are specially suited to the
material.

Mounting the lamp on a mechanically sound surface is crucial to
avoid injury to persons and damage to the lamp or mounting surface.
Deviation from the assembly instructions may result in a risk of
fire or electric shock. This device complies with part 15 of the
FCC Rules, which means it should not cause harmful interference and
should accept any interference received.

Changes or modifications not approved by the responsible party
for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the
equipment. Keep batteries out of children’s reach, as swallowing a
battery could be fatal. If this happens, seek medical attention
immediately. When disposing of batteries, always cover them in
plastic tape to avoid possible short circuit.
