How to Wear
- Step 1 Center the lumbar pad on the fabric pad on the inside of the brace
- Step 2 Wrap the inner elastic band around your back and attach the end in front
- Step 3 Detach the outer elastic straps Wrap the inner elastic band around your back and attach the ends in front
- Step 4 Close the left-hand outside strap to the black area of the inner band
- Step 5 Close the right-hand outside strap to the white area of the left-hand strap
Washing Instructions
- Hand wash with mild soap in cold water, then air dry in natural condition.
- Do not use hot water.
- Do not use machine wash.
- Do not dry it in the sun
