SAFE BATTERY USAGE
- Use alkaline batteries for best performance and longer life.
- Use only the battery type recommended for the unit.
- Batteries should be replaced only by an adult.
- Insert batteries with the correct polarity ( + and – ).
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable batteries.
- Do not short-circuit batteries.
- When not used for an extended time, remove batteries to prevent possible leakage and damage to the unit.
- Do not mix rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries.
- Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before charging.
- Rechargeable batteries are to be recharged only under adult supervision.
- Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
- Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy.
- Do not dispose of batteries infire as they may leak or explode.

Swallowing may lead to serious injury in as little as 2 hours or death, due to chemical burns and potential perforation of the esophagus. - If you suspect your child has swallowed or inserted a button battery immediately call the 24-hour Poisons Information Centre on 13 1126 (Australia)/ your local emergency services for fast, expert advice.
- Examine devices and make sure the battery compartment is correctly secured, e.g. that the screw or other mechanical fastener is tightened. Do not use if the compartment is not secure.
- Dispose of used button batteries immediately and safely. Flat batteries can still be dangerous.
- Adults shall tell potential users about the risk of button batteries and keep their children away from button cell. Adult supervision is required.

The wheelie bin symbol indicates that the product must not be disposed of with other household
waste. Please use designated collection points or recycling facilities when disposing of the item.
Do not treat old batteries as household waste. Take them to a designated recycling facility.

- For added safety and stability, install the wall mounting hardware.
- Always use wall anchors appropriate to your wall type, like plaster, drywall, concrete, etc.
- When possible, mount to wood studs.
- Consult a qualified professional for mounting.
Attach the plastic strip to the back of the product. There is a pre-drilled hole on the house’s backboard (0).
- Use a 1 /4″ (6.5 mm) drill bit to drill a pilot hole in the wall.
- DO NOT drill an oversized hole, or the anchor will not hold tightly to the wall.
- Tap the wall anchor into the hole.
- Secure the house to the wall with a screw (E) through the plastic strip and into the wall anchor.
WARNING:
- DO NOT install on a wall where items can fall off and injure a child.
- CHOKING HAZARD: Unassembled parts may be a choking hazard to children 3 years and younger.
- Adult assembly is required. Hardware contains small screws with sharp points. Keep unassembled parts out of reach of small children.
- Serious or fatal injuries can occur from furniture tipping over. To prevent the product from tipping:
- Use mounting hardware to secure the house to a wall. This will reduce, but NOT eliminate, the risk of tipping over.
- DO NOT allow children to climb on the house.
- Keep remote controls, toys, and other items that might attract children away from this product.
- DO NOT place heavy items, like televisions, on top of this product.

Yes, this item can go against a wall. Just leave the back plate for the garage off. My daughter is 360° and I think its less fun to be honest.
This house is designed to fit the LOL OMG Fashion Dolls. Although you can display dolls in the House of Surprises, it was not designed to be a display.
11.25 inches, without shoes flat-footed barbies and Disney princesses’ heads touch the ceiling. They can slide and use furniture. Nanana dolls fit and can slide and lay down, but can’t sit on anything. Rainbow high dolls with shoes fit fine, just their hair sometimes overweights them on chairs. The silkier the clothing worn, the easier to slide down the slide, sitting dolls on a smooth blankets makes them slide better.

Extended 90-Day Warranty effective through January 15, 2023
To help make the holidays a little brighter, MGA is offering an extended 90-day warranty on purchases made after October 15, 2022. We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free of manufacturing defects (materials and/or workmanship). All claims must be submitted no later than January 15, 2023, for this extended warranty to be honored. A dated sales or gift receipt is required as proof of purchase, and no exceptions will be made. Defects in material or workmanship will be determined at the sole discretion of MGA Entertainment.
During this warranty period, consumers may return the product to the retailer, or contact MGA Entertainment directly. At the sole election of MGA Entertainment, the only remedies available under this warranty will be either replacement of the defective part, or product replacement of the same or comparable value.
The warranty is invalid if the product has been misused, abused, damaged by battery leakage, or from causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. MGA Entertainment cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damages that may arise from the use of this unit.
This is a limited warranty and gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
