OurGlowingHearts and a note from our founder… Thank you for purchasing this glowing heart. W e started building these hearts in the summer of 2020 during the pandemic with the hope that people like you would want to place one in your window. The heart symbol is an international symbol of love and joy and by making a glowing neon LED in this shape it would be the perfect way to communicate the message that we wanted the world to know. Our message is a simple one; that we are thinking of you and wish all people nothing but love and joy and that brighter days are ahead. A glowing symbol of thank you to our healthcare heroes, frontline workers, family, neighbours, strangers, those out of work, and those who are struggling in this new world we find ourselves living in. | Your Neon Heart can remain on continuously without risk of overheating or colour degradation. | Regularly check the cord, the power supply and all other parts for damage. If any part is damaged the product should not be used. Important information! Keep these instructions for future use. Warning: the light source of the product is made up of LEDs that are not replaceable. Installation Instructions
- Option 1: base standing as an inverted “U” with the heart on top of the small area. This option will raise the heart almost 1.5”.
- Option 2: base standing as a “C” with the heart on top of the larger area. This option will raise the heart about 1”.

Maintenance
Disconnect the power cord from the wall. Remove accumulated dust on external surfaces using a dry cloth. Do not use water or any chemicals.
Troubleshooting

| -Check that the AC outlet is operational. -Check that the power adaptor output connector is fully inserted into the heart input connector. -If you are using the DC power extension cord, repeat above procedures for the cord. | -Please refer to the dimmer user manual for installation instructions and mode of operation. -Repeat above troubleshooting procedures including the dimmer cables and connectors. -Check that the dimmer enclosure is not touching any metal surface. |
