Orenco SYSTEMS SCB1236-6L Stormwater Catch Basins Instructions

Before You Begin

Before starting, familiarize yourself with the site plans and installation specifics. Check the site plans to confirm the location of the stormwater catch basin before you begin maintenance.

Step 1. Remove the Cap

Remove the cap from the stormwater catch basin.

Step 2. Inspect and Clean the Basin and Screen

Step 2a: Grasp the handle and remove the filter from the stormwater catch basin.
Step 2b: Inspect the stormwater catch basin and the filter screen for debris or trash buildup and remove any that you find.
Step 2c: Clean the filter screen with water, if necessary.
Step 2d: Place the cleaned filter screen back inside of the stormwater catch basin.

Step 3. Reinstall the Cap

Step 3a: Reinstall the cap back onto the stormwater catch basin.
Step 3b: Verify that the cap is secured all the way down onto the basin.
