Accessories Usage Guide
- Air fly basket: Air frying function, put on the top layer;
- Wire rack: Bake baking function, placed in the middle;
- Baking tray: For greasy foods, put them at the bottom;

BEFORE FIRST USE
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels.
- Clean all the accessories with hot water, a cleaning agent, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.

CLEANING TIPS
- Please read the instruction before using and use the accessories correctly;
- Try to make meat with less fat, brush the accessories with oil before putting them into food to avoid sticking to the bottom;
- After use, please clean the machine in time after cooling for half an hour.
- All the accessories are dishwasher safe.

Homemade Pepperoni Pizza

Main ingredients: Pizza sauce × 1/2 cup, Black pepper × 2 teaspoons,
Pepperoni × 16 to 20 slices,

Auxiliary ingredients: Pizza Sauce Making: tomato sauce (no salt) × 1/2 cup, kosher salt × 1/2 teaspoon, black pepper × 1/2 teaspoon, granulated garlic × 1/2 teaspoon, granulated onion × 1/2 teaspoon, red pepper flakes × 1/4 teaspoon, olive oil × 1 teaspoon,
Direction:
Step1 Make the Pizza sauce: Stir together the Auxiliary ingredients.
Step2 Roll out the dough: Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to be 11 inches.
Step3 Add the toppings: Pizza sauce for 3/4 surface, Pepperoni slice, grated cheese
Step4 Cook the pizza: Cook for while in the skillet until crust.
Step5 Grill the pizza: Then transfer to a 450℉ oven and bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
Step6 Let the pizza rest for a minute and serve as you want(fresh oregano/honey butter/salad for optional)
Tips:16 ounces pizza dough, store-bought or homemade (I like this no-knead version, though note that this recipe makes enough dough for 2 pizzas)
Tasty Dry-Brined Roast Chicken

Main ingredients :Chicken1 × 1pc(5 to 6pound ) , Lemon × 1pc
Auxiliary ingredients: Spice making, Lemon zest, lemon juice × 1/4 Olive oil × 2 tablespoons, Kosher salt × 2 teaspoons (12g) , Freshly cracked pepper × 1 teaspoon, Dried thyme × 1 teaspoon,
Direction:
Step1 Prepare the baking rack: Tin Foil, and add some oil inside in case of sticking.
Step2 Make the spice rub: mix together lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Step3 Seasoning: Spread the spice prepared on the inside and outside of the chicken.
Step4 Truss the chicken if possible and air dry for 12-24 hours.
Step5 Remove chicken from refrigerator and re-rub with toppings: a few olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper.
Step6 350℉ with Bake + Fan function for 80 mins/or until the thickest part of the breast reaches 160℉ degrees.
Tips: We used Morton’s kosher salt in the recipe. It weighs more per gram than
Diamond Crystal. If you are measuring by the teaspoon (not grams) and using Diamond Crystal kosher salt, you may want to increase the salt a bit.
The Best Done French Toast
Bake,320℉,6 minutes
Main ingredients: Bread × 4 slices
Blueberries, Raspberries
Auxiliary ingredients: eggs × 2
Milk × 2/3 cup
Vanilla × 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon × 1 tablespoon
Direction:
Step1 Mix together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Step2 Dip each piece of bread into the mixture lightly. Place them into the wire rack.
Step3 Bake for 6 minutes at 320℉.Serve with maple syrup, sliced fruit as you like.
Sirloin Steak
Bake+fan,450°F,4 minutes
Main ingredients: Sirloin steak × 1pc/20mm/200g ,
French fries, Broccoli,
Cherry tomatoes,
Auxiliary ingredients:Sea salt × 1.5g,
Black pepper × 0.5g, Butter × 13g,
Direction:
Step1 Thaw the steaks if necessary.
Step2 Drain the steak with kitchen paper and sprinkle evenly with salt and black pepper.
Step3 Preheat the steak pan, add the butter and garlic until fragrant out. Then grill the steak for 1mins each side.
Step4 Put the steak into the Baking Tray at 450℉ with Bake + Fan function for 4 mins.
Step5 Add some side food or vegetables you like. Enjoy yourself.
Tips: defrost with original packaging or one day in advance in the refrigerator.
Grilled salmon with lemon
Bake+Fan, 400°F, 9 minutes
Main ingredients :Salmon × 1pc/20mm/ 250g ,
Mushroom × 3-4pc,
Asparagus × 200g,
Lemon × 1pc,
mashed potato(optional),
Auxiliary ingredients: Sea salt × 2.5g,
Black pepper × 1.5g,
Olive oil × 25g,
Fresh chopped parsley × 10g,
Direction:
Step1 Drain the salmon with kitchen paper, then sprinkle with 1g sea salt, 0.5g black pepper, and 10g olive oil.
Step2 Add 1.5g salt, 1g black pepper, and 15g olive oil on the asparagus and chopped mushroom.
Step3 Brush the Bake Tray with oil in case of sticking, then put the prepared salmon asparagus and mushroom inside.
Step4 Put the Bake Tray prepared into the middle of the chamber. Select the Bake+Fan function, set to 400℉, and bake for 9 minutes.
Step5 enjoy yourself with mashed potato(optional)
Blueberries Baked Oats
Bake,350°F,45 minutes CALORIES 139, FAT 2.2g, CARBS 15g, PROTEIN 4.1g
Main ingredients: Rolled Oats(or gluten-free oats) × 2 ½ Cups,
Blackberries × 1/4 Cup, Blueberries × 1/4 Cup,

Direction:
Step1 Grease the baking tray with some butter. Take the rolled oats and blend them until you get a flour-like consistency.
Step2 In a large bowl, add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, apple sauce, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and non-dairy milk.Fold your ingredients in until well combined.
Step3 Add blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries(optional) to the batter. Gently fold them in until evenly mixed.
Step4 Transfer the mixture into your baking tray and evenly spread it out. Top it off with some extra berries and bake in the oven for 30-45 mins at 350℉.
Step5 Let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting into it(Cut it into any shape you want and serve).
Tips: if you want a bit of extra sweetness, lightly dust some powdered on top and enjoy!
