Introduction
Your body is completely covered with hot or cold water as it softly circulates through the leak-proof hose to the pad. The heating system can provide you with the desired heat level for as long as you need it, while the cryo-cool system circulates cold water for up to 5 hours with the addition of ice. The universal wrap may take care of any number of regions on your body that are in desperate need of relief. The 11×11 universal wrap has a 3×39 Velcro strap and can be used on a number of body parts, including the hip, ankle, wrist, shoulder, thigh, or elbow. The purchase of additional pad designs is required.
Warm water has long been known to be beneficial for healing and may have a lovely calming impact on your body and mind. Not only may warm, moist heat like that provided by Aqua Relief Systems’ hot water therapy system help you feel less pain, but it can also improve blood flow, which is particularly useful for hastening the healing of wounds. It can also soothe muscle tension, reduce muscle spasms, and lessen tendon and ligament stiffness. Water that is ice cold is energizing to the body and can hasten the process of getting your body game-ready. The Aqua Relief Systems cold treatment system can help your body heal itself while also preventing muscular and joint pain after workouts or strenuous play.
You can get back on your feet and back in the game by applying uniform cooling to the injured area to minimize swelling and pain. We can be slowed down by pain and inflammation, but who has time for that? To help alleviate pain and inflammation, this heat and cold therapy unit applies additional compression to troublesome areas. Chronic pain disorders like arthritis, joint pain, and diabetic neuropathy can all be helped by it.

HOW IT WORKS
The hot/cold therapy machine called Aqua Relief offers relief from aches, pains, soreness, and discomfort. It efficiently targets the ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, arms, and more to reduce swelling and inflammation after surgery or injury. The therapy pad is comfortable and breathable. Joint pain brought on by arthritis or overuse can be effectively relieved using the water treatment system.
HOW TO USE
You load the unit with as much ice as you like and as much water as it will hold, then you hook your pad to the hose, wrap it around your knee, switch the unit on and set the cooling period, and then you can unwind because it will automatically shut off after the time you set. No more rushing to the fridge to get ice during treatment.
HOW TO ADJUST SETTINGS
On the side of the machine, movable dials make sure you get the customized care you need. Set a timer, choose between hot and cold water, and then sit back and unwind as your treatment takes care of itself.
Turn the knob clockwise once to activate cold system and turn it twice to activate hot water system in clockwise direction.
Frequently Asked Questions
Mine has always work, can you hear the motor trying to run, might have plastic or debris in the pump
Switching between hot and cold is a manual process. This unit does have a heating element, so it will heat and maintain hot water. It’s better to fill it with already hot water, as it will take some time to heat it up on its own.
But if you want cold therapy, you would need to drain it and refill it with cold water with ice added if desired. You would have to add more cold water/ice as time goes on, as this unit does not have a way to chill water, only to heat it.
I only used it for cold therapy, did not have a need for heat, never had the need. Just an FYI – you would NEVER put it against the skin – it should always have a towel between the pad and the skin. Preventing a burn. I would not recommend using on a child or sleeping with it on.
No, there is no sterile configuration of this product.
Yes, this item is refundable.
Pad is universal and can be used on any area.
I use it for heat and haven’t used the cold feature. I believe it holds about a 1/2 gallon of water. If you are referring to cubed or bagged ice, I think that would work.
I would contact your supplier and report that to them, that the system is not working.
The water should drain out of the pad automatically after the cycle is completed, or if you turn off the cycle ahead of time it should also drain out. When I say drain out, I mean recycle back into the machine. Sometimes there is residual water left in the pad or tube attachment.
I fill the unit with a small amount of water, then add 4 medium sized frozen water bottles so the water level comes up to the water level marker. I don’t need to buy ice in bags this way. It is a great unit for pain relief. I always keep an extra 4 bottles in the freezer so one set is freezing as one set is being used.
The unit is labeled manufactured for PMT in Akron Ohio. But it’s made in Taiwan.
I returned mine I purchased an ice machine only and it is a lot colder than this one (physical therapy cold). I felt the hot section also doesn’t match the heat you would get at physical therapy.
No. The adjustments are for timers only. I found that adjustments on cold temps was to use a thicker towel.
I had a problem with mine and a replacement was very promptly sent.
I was able to find a larger pad for my knee. I’d look on Amazon for the pad you think will work or contact the company your cryogenic unit comes from for the pads they have available.
