Product Usage Instructions:
Step 1:
Before installation, make sure that the fitted rubber grommets
are intact and free of damage. If any of the rubber grommets are
damaged, contact our customer service at Wunderlich for spare
grommets.
Step 2:
Loosely preassemble all screws provided in the package.
Step 3:
Tighten the countersunk screw (M8 x 16) to a torque of 8Nm
(6ft-lbs).
Step 4:
Tighten the lens head screw (M8 x 20) to a torque of 24Nm
(18ft-lbs).
Step 5:
Apply thread locking fluid to the screws to ensure secure
fastening.
Step 6:
Follow the specified montage order (Step 1-6) for proper
installation.
Please consult the provided diagrams for visual reference during
the installation process.
Note: It is recommended to periodically check the rubber
grommets for intactness and ensure that all screws are securely
tightened to maintain optimal protection.

4.3 Die eingesetzten Silentblöcke sind starken Belastungen ausgesetzt und sollten spannungsfrei montiert sein. Bitte
überprüfen Sie diese in regelmäßigen Abständen auf Unversehrtheit und bei Beschädigung erhalten Sie Ersatz über unseren Kundenservice. Vorab alle Schrauben lose vormontieren und danach erst mit dem angegebenen Drehmoment festziehen.
The fitted rubber grommets are exposed to strong pressures and should be fitted free of tension. Please check the rubber grommets regularly for intactness. If the rubber grommets are damaged please get in contact with our customer service here at Wunderlich to get some spare grommets.
Loosely preassemble all screws in advance and then tighten them to the specified torque only.
Les blocs tampons montés sont exposés à de fortes pressions et doivent être montés sans tension. Veuillez vérifier régulièrement l`intégrité des oeillets en caoutchouc. Si les oeillets en caoutchouc sont endommagés, veuillez contacter notre service clientèle chez Wunderlich pour obtenir des oeillets de rechange.
Pré-assemblez toutes les vis sans les serrer à l`avance, puis serrez-les au couple spécifié.

Warning, under certain circumstances (suspension setting/load) the curnering clearance may be restricted. Attention, dans certaines circonstances (réglage du châssis/charge), le dégagement de l`angle d`inclinaison peut être limité.
