POWER KING PK090388 Wheel Extension Kit
INSTRUCTIONS
- The chipper must be lifted off of the ground before removing the existing axel and attaching the PK090388.
- We recommend using a floor jack and 2×4 to lift along the base of the unit. This requires someone to help hold the unit steady as it is being lifted.
- Once the unit is lifted a few inches off the ground, use 2 jack stands on the frame to hold the chipper in place.
- Remove the tires from the original axel and then remove the axel itself.
- Line up the PK090388 with the corresponding holes as shown in the photo below:
Note: The PK090388 will attach along the outside of the frame.
- There will be a slight outward angle. The engine will still be leveled.
- Put in the bolts and then add the washer, lock washer, and nut on the inside portion of the frame.
Note: Make sure all nuts and bolts are tightened down securely
- Attach the existing wheels in reverse fashion. Wheel -> Washer -> Nut -> Cotter Pin.
