SCHUBERTH SH HKLBI SP1 Helmet Earbud Kits Instruction Manual

SH HKLBI Installation Instructions

1. Secure helmet to prevent damage and ensure ease of installation
   
2. Remove the left cheek pad. The chin pad will be removed and replaced with the new one.
   
3. Remove the chin pad and loosely place the equipment into the helmet
   
4. Find the connector tether and work the clip onto the rubber seal around the bottom. It is recommended to take your time and carefully use a small screwdriver to help guide the part over the seal.
   
   1. Carefully work the clip into place as shown. It needs to be as far back against the main EPS as possible.
      
5. In the same manner as in step 4 and 4.1, carefully install the earbud clip on the same side as your microphone and move into place wherever is most comfortable for the driver.
   
6. Install a cheek pad, then the chin pad followed by the remaining cheek pad. Don’t forget the chin straps!
   
7. Drop the earbud connector into the clip as shown and you’re ready to go.
