The HC30DCXB4 is a wall range hood from Fisher & Paykel’s
Series 7 collection. It features a contemporary design with a
stainless steel and glass finish. This range hood is designed to
extract steam, grease, and cooking odors quietly and efficiently.
It offers three fan speeds, including a boost function, allowing
you to select the perfect extraction rate for your cooking needs.
The hood also includes energy-efficient LED lighting to illuminate
your cooking surface. With a powerful maximum air movement of
400CFM, it ensures effective ventilation. The HC30DCXB4 is Wi-Fi
enabled, allowing you to receive notifications through the
SmartHQTM app.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Ensure that the range hood is properly installed according to
the installation instructions provided. - Before using the range hood, make sure the filters are properly
installed. - To turn on the range hood, use the intuitive control panel and
touch the desired settings, such as fan speed and lighting. - The range hood offers four fan speeds and a boost function.
Select the appropriate fan speed based on your ventilation
needs. - The LED strip lighting can be dimmed to achieve the desired
level of illumination on your cooktop surface. - If using the SmartHQTM app, make sure it is installed on your
smartphone and connected to the range hood’s Wi-Fi. The app allows
you to control various settings, including temperature, fan speed,
and lighting. Voice control options are also available for fan
speeds and lighting. - The range hood includes a timer function that keeps the hood
working for up to 15 minutes after cooking is finished. This helps
eliminate lingering odors in the kitchen. - Regularly clean the filters to ensure optimal performance. The
filters are dishwasher safe and can be easily removed for cleaning.
The SmartHQTM app will notify you when it’s time to clean the
filters. - If externally ducted, make sure the air outlet size is
compatible with your ducting system. - The range hood can also be internally recirculated, making it
suitable for apartments where external ducting is not
possible. - To maintain the complementary design, ensure that the stainless
steel finish matches other Fisher & Paykel kitchen
