Warranty

Califone warrants this product to be free from defective material and workmanship for three years from the purchase date. Our”Project Intercept”Customer Satisfaction Program will replace defective parts and repair malfunctioning equipment under this warranty when the defect occurs under normal use.
All Damage Claims Must Be Made With The Freight Carrier
Notify the freight carrier immediately if you observe any damage to the shipping carton or product. Repack the unit in the carton and await inspection by the carrier’s claim agent. Notify your dealer of the pending freight claim.
Returning Your Unit for Service or Repairs
Should your unit require service, contact our Customer Service Department online at califone.com/techsupport or via email [email protected] or by phone at 800-722-0500 / 818-407-2400 to first obtain an RA number before returning it back to Califone. The unit must be returned to our factory via pre-paid transportation only after the factory issues an RA (Return Authorization) number which must be clearly written on the outside of the box.
Warnings:

• This earmuff is an M (normal) size over-the-head hearing protector complying with EN352-1. It will fit the majority of wearers. The earmuff must be regularly checked for serviceability. Put the earmuffs on before exposing them to noise, and wear them during the whole noise exposure. Failure to adhere to these recommendations will cause the protection afforded by the earmuffs severely impaired.
• This product may be adversely affected by certain chemical substances. Further information should be sought from the manufacturer.
  Earmuffs, and in particular cushions, may deteriorate with use and should be examined at frequent intervals for cracking and air leakage.
• The fitting of hygiene covers to the cushions can affect the acoustic performance of the hearing protectors.

Care Instructions:

Clean with warm soapy water; do not use organic solvents for cleaning. The hearing protector may also be disinfected with alcohol. When not in use, it is recommended to store the earmuff in a clean and dry location.
