Connect Cables:

1. connect the MAT cable to the control box
2. connect the SMALL DOME to the control box
3. connect the BIG DOME to the control box
4.  connect the POWER CORD to the control box 5 – connect the POWER CORD to a wall outlet

PreHeat:

1.  Flip the POWER SWITCH on
2.  Press POWER
3.  Press UP to increase the temperature
4.  Press START

WAIT for 1 minute
or until Sauna is at the desired temperature
Little flashing dots indicate the sauna is heating
Set TIMER(for the desired length, hop in, and start sweating! ensure no other appliances are connected to the same circuit

• LOWER· Mat
• MIDDLE· Dome (Legs)
• UPPER· Dome (Chest)
