MC1448 1,400lb Cube Ice Machine

Product Information

The MC1448 – 1,400lb Cube Ice Machine is a high-capacity ice
machine designed for commercial use. It features enhanced
reliability, ease of use, and a sanitary design. The machine
utilizes intelligent sensor technology to maximize efficiency and
lower operating costs. It has a 24-hour volume production capacity
and is available in air-cooled or water-cooled options.

The machine comes with an AutoAlertTM panel that displays
relevant machine status, including a bin full indicator light and a
16-segment display for easy reading. The removable, external air
filters speed up the cleaning process and reduce the unit’s
footprint. The WaterSense Adaptive Purge optimizes water
consumption, keeping the machine cleaner and operating more
efficiently.

The MC1448 – 1,400lb Cube Ice Machine is available in different
models with various dimensions and bin options. The modular bin
options provide additional storage capacity for the ice cubes. The
machine is made of stainless steel for durability and easy
maintenance.

The cube ice produced by the machine is a common ice form, ideal
for mixed drinks. It is available in small cube (7/8 x 7/8 x 3/8
inches) or medium cube (7/8 x 7/8 x 7/8 inches) sizes.

The product is designed, engineered, and assembled in the USA.
It is certified with ISO 9001:2015 standards and comes with a
warranty.

Product Usage Instructions

Choose the appropriate model of the MC1448 – 1,400lb Cube Ice
Machine based on your desired condenser type (air, remote, or
water) and electrical specifications.
Ensure that the electrical circuit meets the minimum circuit
ampacity requirements and the appropriate fuse size or HACR circuit
breaker is used.
If using the water-cooled model, connect the 3/8 FPT water
inlet to a water source and the 3/4 FPT drain to a suitable
drainage system.
If using the remote model, connect the remote condenser liquid
line and discharge line using 3/8 copper braze joints.
If using the air-cooled model, ensure proper intake air
circulation and install the louvers and removable filter for AC
units only.
Place the MC1448 – 1,400lb Cube Ice Machine in an appropriate
location with sufficient space for operation and maintenance.
Refer to the AutoAlertTM panel to monitor machine status and
ensure proper operation. The external bin full indicator light will
notify when the ice bin needs to be emptied.
Regularly clean the machine by removing the external air
filters and following the recommended cleaning process.
For ice cube production, choose the desired cube size (small or
medium) based on your preference.
Monitor water usage and ensure proper water supply to the
machine to optimize performance.

troubleshooting instructions.
