Product Information:

The GNSS X5 Mobile Pro RTK is a high precision external GNSS
antenna receiver that works with Android smartphones or tablets. It
is designed for both entry-level and field experienced professional
users and offers RTK+PPK+NTRIP corrections for accurate
positioning.

Main Advantages:

  • Multi-band RTK (433MHz and 915MHz frequencies available) with
fast convergence times and robust performance
  • PPK and NTRIP corrections for centimeter-level accuracy
  • Uses GNSS L1/L2/e5 technology found in professional
    receivers
  • Simultaneous reception of GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, and BEIDOU
    constellations
  • Includes its own multi-band helical GNSS and LoRa antennas
  • Data transfer connection via USB port and Bluetooth
  • Compatible with GIS and Photogrammetry Applications that
    operate with NMEA data
  • Includes a red point Laser for easy location of georeferenced
    points
  • Rugged plastic enclosure for durability

Product Usage Instructions:

  1. Connect the GNSS X5 Mobile Pro unit to your Android smartphone
or tablet using the USB Type-C cable for power supply.
  2. Make sure the X5 Mobile Pro is securely attached to the HeliX5
multi-band GNSS antenna and the LoRa antenna (433MHz or 915MHz
    frequency selected by the client).
  3. Power on the device and wait for the RF LED to blink,
indicating LoRa data transmission or reception.
  4. If using Bluetooth, wait for the BT LED to blink, indicating
that the device is waiting for a Bluetooth connection. Once the LED
is solid, it means the Bluetooth connection is established.
  5. For configuration, use the switch on the device to enter the
Configuration mode. This mode allows you to change LoRa parameters
    using the executable application.
  6. To receive corrections from the Base Station, switch the device
    to the Transmission mode.
  7. The X5 Mobile Pro will receive multi-band RTK corrections and
provide accurate positioning information in real-time.
  8. Use compatible Android apps such as SW Maps, FieldGenius,
Survey Master, Mapit GIS / Mapit NTRIP Client, RTK camera
(Photogrammetry), or other apps and software that use or accept
NMEA data via Bluetooth or Serial to access and utilize the GNSS
    data.
