Halo Entry Pull

Product Information:

The Halo Entry Pull is a door handle designed for both internal
and external doors. It is compatible with doors that are 35-55mm
thick. For thicker doors, a longer shoulder screw can be sourced
from a specialist hardware retailer. For glass doors, it is
recommended to use a rubber insert washer and fix the insert
washers and shoulder screws first.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Using a spirit level, prepare the handle height position both
   vertically and horizontally.
2. Mark the 2 centre-to-centre (CTC) screw holes exactly 64mm
   apart:
   1. Ensure both CTC holes are the exact same distance from the edge
      of the door to ensure the handle is perfectly vertical.
   2. To ensure your CTC measurement is exactly 64mm, measure from
      the outside edge of one hole to the inside edge of the other.
3. Drill a 5mm hole on the first side of the door, only drilling
   halfway through.
4. Hold the external handle (the side without the grub screw
   fixtures) firmly against the door and screw in at both holes with
   central shoulder screws. Do not over tighten.
5. Take the other side of the door handle (the side the grub
   screws are mounted in) and slide it over both shoulder screw heads
   on the other side of the door.
6. Insert the 2 grub screws into place (on the lower side of both
   horizontal bars) and tighten with the hex key.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS | HALO ENTRY PULL
1. Prepare handle height position both vertically and horizontally using a spirit level.
2. Mark the 2 centre-to-centre (CTC) screw holes exactly 64mm apart. a. Ensure both CTC holes are the exact same distance from the edge of the door (to ensure the handle is perfectly vertical). b. To ensure your CTC measurements is exactly 64mm, measure from the outside edge of one hole to the inside edge of the other.
3. Repeat step 2 on the other side of the door ­ in exactly the same positions.
4. Drill a 5mm hole on the first side of the door, only drilling halfway through.
5. Then repeat the drilling of holes on the other side of the door ­ this will ensure your holes are level and aligned.
6. Hold the external handle (the side without the grub screw fixtures) firmly against the door and screw in at both holes with central shoulder screws *do not over tighten*.
7. Take the other side of the door handle (the side the grub screws are mounted in) and slide it over both should screw heads on the other side of the door.
8. Insert the 2 grub screws into place (on the lower side of both horizontal bars) and tighten with the hex key.
*Please note the Halo Entry Pull is designed for internal/external doors 35-55mm thick. For use on thicker doors, a longer shoulder screw will need to be sourced from a specialist hardware retailer. **For glass doors we recommend using a rubber insert washer and fixing the insert washers and shoulder screws first.
