Use
· To use the animal ramp, unfold it and place one end on the surface where the animal shall be transported (e.g., a vehicle). Place the lower end of the ramp on the floor.
· After use, re-fold the animal ramp and clamp the two parts together. Store the ramp in a suitable place.
Maintenance
1. Check the ramp and all components before each use. In case the ramp is damaged, it should NOT be used.
2. Maintenance and care are made by regular cleaning. Regularly lubricate the hinges.
Familiarising your pet with the ramp
· Some pets need a little training to familiarise themselves with the ramp before entering it. · First, put the ramp flat on the floor so that the pet can get in touch with the ramp. · With the pet at the leash, train entering the ramp. The ramp is flat on the floor unfolded en-
courage the pet with dainties. · Gradually lift the ramp. · Distribute the dainties on the ramp to encourage the pat as soon as it is willing to enter the
vehicle. · In case the pet avoids the surface of the ramp, cover it with a blanket. · Compliment and encourage the pet to enter the ramp, yet never force it to do so.
