Joker MACHINE 08-10 Stalker Shift Linkage Rod

TOOLS NEEDED

• 7/16″ wrench
• 1/2″ wrench
• 3/16″ allen key/T-Handle
• Blue Loctite

INSTALLATION

NOTE: Use blue Loctite on al hardware

1. Remove stock shift linkage.
   NOTE: Avoid motor fins when removing stock hardware.
2. Before installing on the bike adjust Joker Machine Shift Linkage Rod to match stock length, but don’t fully heim joint lock nuts untillater.
3. Attach the rear Heim joint to the front side of the rear linkage arm first.
4. Attach the front heim joint to the back side of the font linkage arm and re-use the stock washer.
5. Test and make sure you have the correct length so that the gearshift is okay.
6. Make any final adjustments to heim joints and fully tighten down button head screws and heim joint lock nuts.
