WARRANTY CARD
Terms and Conditions: Hamilton Housewares Private Limited offers 1 year warranty on the Easy Spin Mop (S.S) This warranty is applicable only for mechanical faults found or occur during warranty period. Read all detailed applicable terms & conditions mentioned below.
- The warranty is applicable only on the mechanical faults or any manufacturing defect found after purchase.
- The fitment and usage of the product is proper as per the instructions mentioned on the assembling leaflet.
- Replacement parts like cleaning microfiber refills are not covered under warranty.
- The warranty will not be applicable if mop is repaired or fitted with duplicate parts offered by anyone other than company (HHPL).
- There is a lock and unlock twist or click mechanism on handle, breakage of the same due to negligence is not covered under warranty.
- The warranty does not cover any sort of damage, wear & tear, normal rusting in handle, color fading / cracks in plastic parts.
- A copy of original bill needs to be submitted along with the warranty card, duly signed and filled up.
- The Date of purchase, Model name, invoice / cash memo. No., dealer / retailer stamp & signature to be mentioned clearly on warranty card & Invoice. If not then manufacturing date mentioned on the box will be consider for warranty. (recommended to keep the box safely)
- Any sort of overwriting /change in color of writing instrument while filling the Warranty card front details will result in warranty to be void. In such case original bill will be required to claim for the warranty.
- The decision of HHPL (company) will be final for any warranty issues arising.
