- Prepare the nut in corresponding specification
- Open the handle, install the nut on the screw bolt, insert the nut into the hole
- Pushed into the handle, you can complete the riveter nut to load.
- After nut riveted in place, open the handle to the maximum angle and turn the knob counterclockwise until the Screw bolt is separated from the nut, and complete the riveting.
Screw bolt and Nut Replacement Method
- Use the corresponding specifications of the wrench to loosen the nut and the Knurled sleeve, remove it aside for later use.
- Press and hold the knob, put the hexagonal hole of the wrench into the Screw bolt, press the sleeve all the way to the end, and turn the Screw bolt left, you can easily remove the Screw bolt. As the picture shows.
- Select the screw bolt to be installed, and screw it into the threaded hole clockwise as shown below. Before loosening the wrench, align the hexahedron on the screw with the hexahedron inside the sleeve.
- Use the corresponding specifications of the wrench to installation the Knurled sleeve and the NUT.
Precautions
- Before use, please check if the corresponding specifications of the nut or bolt fittings are complete.
- Replace the nuts and bolts, please put them back correctly into the matching case.
- Before use, please check if there is any foreign matter on the screw.
- When tightening with a wrench, do not use too much force to avoid damaging the thread.
- Maintenance of the machine: When not in use for a long time, the foreign parts of the screw are wiped clean and coated with a little anti-rust oil or lubricating oil.
- When riveting work, people or things cannot be standing below the work area to prevent the machine from falling, hurting people or other things.
- Pull rivets and rivet guns. Please keep it out of the reach of children.
