Safety Warnings

WARNING!!!

Never leave your child unattended!
Ride with caution, maintaining a safe speed and distance from
obstacles.
Always wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, knee
pads, and elbow pads.
Inspect the scooter regularly for any signs of damage or
wear.
Do not exceed the maximum speed of 5 km/h.
Avoid riding in hazardous weather conditions.
Do not use the scooter if it is not functioning properly.
Keep the scooter away from water and moisture.
Only use the scooter on flat, smooth surfaces.
Do not modify or alter the scooter in any way.
Always maintain control of the scooter and avoid sudden
movements.
Do not ride the scooter at night without proper lighting.
Do not ride the scooter on uneven terrain or steep slopes.
Avoid sharp turns and excessive speed.
Always follow local traffic laws and regulations.
The maximum weight limit for the scooter is 50kg.

Care and Maintenance

Regular maintenance of the scooter increases the safety of the
product. The bearings are adjusted to the wheels of the fixed type
which means that they require little to no maintenance. The
bearings are cleaned with a dry cloth and should be oiled to
increase their lifespan.

SAFETY WARNINGS
WARNING! Read the manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference at a place away from the reach of children! It contains important, warnings and recommendations for the scooter and it’s safe use. 1. Before you allow your child to use the X Ride scooter, ensure that the steering rod is fully engaged and that all the screws are tight. Also ensure that the wheels have been correctly secured and that they show no signs of wear. 2. Warning: Protective equipment should be worn. Ensure that your child always wears a helmet, also wrist, elbow and knee pads, as well as shoes with rubber soles. 3. Ensure that your child does not ride down any steep hills. The brake is not designed to decelerate from high downhill speeds. 4. The brake pad becomes hot when it is used. Make especially sure that your child does not keep the brake on for a long period of time. Direct skin contact may cause burns. 5. Do not allow your child to travel at speeds exceeding 5km/h. 6. Ensure that your child does not ride on roads, paths or other places with motor vehicle traffic. 7. Only one child may ride on the X Ride scooter at any time. 8. Never allow your child to ride the X Ride scooter at dusk or at night. 9. The X Ride scooter must not be used on wet, oily, sandy, dirty, icy, rough or uneven surfaces. 10. Your child should practice first on gaining control of the vehicle. Ensure that your child does not attempt any experiments or risky maneuvers with it. Riding style should always be adjusted to the personal skill of the rider. 11. Important: Undoing the axle screws several times will reduce the effect of the screw securing products. This means that the screws may come loose by themselves. You should therefore always use a conventional screw securing product. 12. Some metal parts may corrode after a certain time, especially when used near the sea or left outdoors too often. 13. Warning! The scooter must be used with caution, since skill is required to avoid falls or collisions causing injury to the users or third individuals. 14. Do not use attachments not included with the scooter. 15. Do not attempt to make any modifications to the scooter by yourself. 16. Suitable for kids from of age 3 years and more with 50kg max weight.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Regular maintenance of the scooter increases the safety of the product. The bearings are adjusted to the wheels of the fixed type which means that they
require little to no maintenance. The bearings are cleaned with dry cloth and are to be oiled. This increases their
period of use and improves the exploitation qualities of the scooter. Before you start to ride the scooter check whether each wheel turns freely. If there is any friction or the wheels’ totters, you must stop using the product, in order to check what the problem is. If the wheel or bearing needs to be replaced, please contact the sales agent or the importer for consultation. Make sure that the area around the wheels is kept clean and no mud is left on it. Oil the bearings regularly. Do not ride the scooter in wet weather. If you have rode it in wet weather, afterwards wipe it dry thoroughly. Keep the scooter clean and check it always before and after each ride. The scooter is made for use on even asphalt surfaces, which allows the proper function of the rear brake. Do not use the product on soft surfaces such as grass, soil or sand. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents. Do not store the scooter in wet conditions. Store it in a dry and well ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heating devices. The pictures and schemes used for the instruction manual are for illustration purposes only! There may be a difference in the details and stickers.
