HOW TO INSTALL
- Screw in the bulb.
- Download the app and follow the prompts.
HOW TO SETUP
- Turn on the light by plugging it in.
- Get the LIFX app open.
- In the bottom right corner of the screen, click the icon.
- Select “New Device”
- To proceed, click the green arrow.
- Locate your light (recognizable by the last 6 digits of the serial number)
HOW TO RESET
- Cut off the LIFX Original’s power source.
- Change the position of the tiny switch on the back of the lightbulb.
- Restart the power source.
- When a reset is successful, LIFX Original will blink red, green, blue, and white.
- You must now configure.

I think you mean “luminous” flux, which you would typically measure by using the CIE photometric curve and require the correct unique subtractive color glass filters installed in front of a detector. Try contacting LIFX to see if they have these values. I doubt they do however. Also, the HEV puts out 405 nm, which is still within the range of the visible light spectrum, and considered safe.
