Intended Use
This multipurpose gel pack can be used to cool or heat lunch bag compartments or befit bags.
It may as well provide targeted heating and cooling to muscle groups and joints. It is very easy to use and adaptable.
Instructions
Heating: To use as a heating device, once at room temperature, microwave for 20 seconds, at 800 W.
Cooling: To use as a cooling device, place in the freezer at a temperature between -10 ºC and -18 ºC, for 30 minutes. To keep the gel pack malleable, do not freeze below -18 ºC.
Cleaning & Storage
Cleaning: Clean with a damp cloth. Do not wash in the washing machine.
Storage: Store in a dry location, protected from sunlight.
