Product Information
The AW70 & AW80 Base is a PC compatible device manufactured
by Agent Headsets Inc. It is designed to work with the AW70 &
AW80 models only. The device complies with various safety and
electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards, including EN IEC
62368-1:2020+A11: 2020, EN 301489-1 V2.2.3 (2019-11), EN 301489-17
V3.2.4 (2020-09), ETSI EN 301489-6 V2.2.1 (2019-04), EN 301406
V2.2.2 (2016-09), EN 300328 V2.2.2 (2019-07), EN 62479: 2010, and
EN 50663: 2017.
Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the AW70 or AW80 model headset to the base using the
appropriate cable. - Connect the base to your PC using the USB cable provided.
- Ensure that the headset is properly charged before use.
- To use the headset, turn it on and adjust the volume as needed
using the buttons on the device. - The device is compatible with various communication
applications such as Skype, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Ensure that
the correct audio input/output settings are selected in your
application settings. - To turn off the headset, press and hold the power button until
the LED light turns off. - When not in use, store the headset and base in a cool, dry
place.
