INSPECTION CHECKLIST
before you sign
inspecting your equipment upon delivery is crucial for claiming any damage that may have occurred during shipping
IMPORTANT!
LIABILITY FOR THE EQUIPMENT TRANSFERS FROM LA MARZOCCO TO YOU, THE RECIPIENT, UPON SIGNING.
1. is the shock sensor activated?
check the shock sensor affixed to the side of the shipping box. if it has been activated red, your machine may have been dropped during shipment and could be damaged.
2. is the shipping box damaged?
check the inside and outside of the shipping box thoroughly for signs of damage, including crushed corners, visible holes, or missing pieces.
3. is the machine damaged?
unbox the machine and check thoroughly for dents, chips, unattached components, or any other visible damage.
IF ANY RED BOXES ARE CHECKED:
write DAMAGED on the delivery receipt before signing. driver is free to leave.
