Fastrak Tip Refill System

Product Information:

The product is a rack system designed for efficient storage and
dispensing of tips. It is manufactured by Alpha Labs and the model
number is JBN370A.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Remove the plastic wrapping from the box.
2. Before opening, tap the base of the box on the bench to ensure
   all tips are fully nested.
3. Undo the paper tab and open the box by lowering both sides
   simultaneously.
4. Grasp the transfer top and lift the tips straight up and clear
   of the stack.
5. Align the transfer top over the rack and place it onto the
   rack.
6. Push down on the transfer top to release the refill plate and
   click it onto the rack.
7. Once in use, do not invert the pack.
8. Store the boxes upright to ensure good tip nesting.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1.
Remove plastic wrapping.
Before opening, tap the base of the box on the bench to ensure all tips are fully nested.
3.
Align transfer top over rack and place onto rack.

2.
Undo the paper tab and open the box by lowering both sides simultaneously.
Grasp transfer top. Lift tips straight up and clear of stack.
4.
Push down on transfer top to release refill plate and click onto rack.
Return transfer top to Fastrak® refill stack.

5.
Close the Fastrak® carton, lifting both sides simultaneously and re-seal the paper tab.
Once in use, do not invert the pack.

6.
Store boxes upright to ensure good tip nesting.
