Trolley

The Sealey 450MM 8 Power Tool Rack Trolley is a heavy-duty
workshop trolley designed to hold eight power tools. It features a
rust and solvent-resistant black crinkle effect finish and is
constructed with heavy-gauged steel. The trolley has two drawers,
one of which is lockable, providing extra storage space. Both
drawers come with 45mm soft close ball-bearing slides and 2mm EVA
liners. The trolley also has an 18mm pressed wood top and four
castors for easy manoeuvring around the workshop or garage.

Product Usage Instructions:

Safety: To avoid tipping, do not open both
drawers at the same time. Do not climb on the drawers or the
trolley. Close and secure drawers when moving.
Assembly: To assemble the trolley, follow
these steps:
1. Lay the trolley on its side, use original packaging or a piece
  of carpet to protect the trolley.
2. Fit castors with screws provided.
3. Fit handles to the front of the trolley with screws
  provided.
4. To remove a drawer, pull the drawer out completely, press down
  the right tab and lift up the left tab, pull the drawer off the
  slides. To reinstall the drawer, realign with the internal drawer
  slide and push until it locks in place.
Maintenance: Lubricate castors periodically
and tighten all fixings. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if
applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and
fluids according to local regulations.

1. SAFETY

FIT CASTERS Lay trolley on its side, use original packaging or a piece of carpet to protect the trolley. Fit castors with screws provided. FIT HANDLES Fit handles to front of trolley with screws provided. REMOVE DRAWERS To remove a drawer, pull the drawer out completely, press down the right tab and lift up the left tab, pull drawer off the slides. To reinstall the drawer, realign with the internal drawer slide and push until it locks in place.

5. MAINTENANCE

Lubricate castors periodically, tighten all fixings.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
