PYRAMID BMW F900 R 2020 Extenda Fenda and Hugger Extension

Fitment method A

I Push-Rivet I Extenda Fenda & Hugger Extension Fitting Instructions
Important:  There is no need for the adhesion wipe provided if choosing this mechanical fitting method.

1. Remove mudguard from bike & clean inside.
2. Attach a few Stick-Fit pads lo the Extenda Fenda/ Hugger Extension in area shown to create a gasket.
3. Peel backing paper from Slick-Fit pads.
4. Fit Extenda Fenda/Hugger Extension to mudguard and check for alignment before step 5.
5. Use masking tape to mark equally spaced drilling points.
   Drill through the Extenda Fenda/Hugger Extension & mudguard at each point.
6. Fit Push-Rivets provided and re-fit mudguard to bike.

Important notes:

• Avoid any cleaning product other than hot soapy water and wipe supplied, any oils or solvents will reduce adhesion dramatically.
• We advise lighlty keying both surfaces with sandpaper (inside guard and extenda face) to give the best stick fit.

Important: The wipe provided is an adhesion promoter. The solution on the wipe will react with the surface of any plastic it comes into contact with. This allows for a much stronger fit.
This also means that ANY plastic can be stained! Use masking tape if necessary. Take great care!

1. Remove mudguard from bike & clean inside.
2. Prime the fitting areas of the OEM mudguard and Pyramid mudguard extension using the wipe supplied.
3. Attach Stick-Fit pads to the Extenda Fenda/ Hugger Extension using this diagram as a guide. Check alignment before step 4.
4. Peel backing paper from Stick-Fit pads.
5. Fit Extenda Fenda/Hugger Extension and apply pressure evenly. Pyramid suggest using clamps as shown in Blue. (Appling pressure on the central and outer edges is crucial).
6. Allow to cure for 12 hours. Re-fit mudguard to bike.
