Product Information

The Stream1955 is a next-generation System-On-Module that
enables a breakthrough for connected Smart Soundbars with Dolby
Atmos / Sony 360 / DTS:X. It is a compact module (34 x 47mm) that
provides online connectivity, 3D audio (Dolby Atmos…) and voice
assistant capability in one single unit. This module is suitable
for a range of applications, including:

Smart Dolby ATMOS / DTS:X Soundbars
Connected audio products with or without voice assistant,
high-quality display, 3D audio…
High-end audio products
Enhance any product by adding connectivity and voice
assistance

The Stream1955 features a Quad Core ARM A53 1.6 Ghz NXP iMX8M
mini/nano processor, the latest SoC platforms with ample processing
power and a multitude of signal interfaces (multi-channel I2S I/O,
MIPI, etc.), WiFi 802.11ax (WiFi 6) 2 x 2 MIMO / BT 5.0, eMMC and
DDR4 memory, RAM 8Gb / Flash 16 Gb (pSLC), and state-of-the-art
wireless link robustness. It also has 3D Audio decoding in SoC – no
DSPs required, and all major voice assistants can be realized
without extra DSP. The StreamSDK software is optimized to run
proven and feature-rich, and the module and StreamSDK take care of
the most complex parts of a connected device and therefore de-risk
the product creation process.

Usage Instructions

The Stream1955 can be used to add online connectivity, 3D audio,
and voice assistant capability to a range of audio products. To use
the Stream1955, follow these steps:

Integrate the Stream1955 module into your audio product.
Connect your audio product to a power source.
Connect your audio product to a wireless network using the WiFi
802.11ax (WiFi 6) 2 x 2 MIMO / BT 5.0.
Configure the StreamSDK software to enable the desired
features, such as 3D audio decoding and voice assistant
capability.
Test your audio product to ensure that it is working
correctly.
