PRM16 Series 16 mm Motorized Potentiometer
Product Information
The PRM16 Series is a 16 mm Motorized Potentiometer that is RoHS
compliant. It features remote controllability and is suitable for
both motorized and manual operation. The potentiometer has a dual
section and offers a smooth manual operating feel. It comes with
various taper options.
The electrical characteristics, environmental characteristics,
mechanical characteristics, and standard resistance table of the
potentiometer can be found in the user manual.
The potentiometer is designed for various applications such as
guitar amplifiers, mixing consoles, amplifiers, CD players, karaoke
volume controls, and servo tracks.
Product dimensions and specifications for ordering are also
provided in the user manual.
Product Usage Instructions
To use the PRM16 Series Motorized Potentiometer, follow these
steps:
- Choose the desired model designator code based on the required
specifications (refer to the “How To Order” section). - Identify the number of sections needed (single or dual
section). - Select the terminal configuration (PIN layout) that suits your
application. - Determine the detent option (detents or no detents).
- Choose the appropriate standard shaft length (15 mm, 20 mm, 25
mm, or 30 mm). - Refer to the resistance taper charts to select the desired
taper series and curve number. - Select the resistance code based on the required resistance
value in ohms.
Once you have determined all the necessary specifications, use
the model designator code to place an order for the PRM16 Series
Motorized Potentiometer.
