Thank you for purchasing the Clean Bum menstrual cup sterilizer. Please read the instruction manual for further reference before using the machine for the first time.
Safety precautions
- To avoid burns on the body caused by boiling water and steam, make sure to close the lid when using the sterilizer, children should stay away from the product.
- Do not approach the steam vents when it is functioning to avoid burns.
- Please don’t place the non heat-resistant items in the menstrual cup sterilizer to prevent damage to the items.
- When cleaning the product, please cut off the power, wipe with a clean soft cloth or alcohol, and avoid using organic solvents such as gasoline.
- Non-professionals do not disassemble or repair the product, in case of causing damage to the product.
- After using the sterilizer, unplug the power cord and store it in a dry place.

How to use
- Fill up the small circle with water until the top.
- Put the menstrual cup into the disinfection chamber and close the top cover.
- Plug the power cord of the Clean Bum into the outlet. Press the power button, the indicator light lights up, indicating that the machine start working.
- The sterilization time will be about 8~10 minutes. There is anti-dry function, the power will be automatically cut off when the water is dried.
- Let it cool before take out and use the menstrual cup.
- Important: please unplug the power cord when the disinfection is finished.
Tips
- Before disinfecting the menstrual cup, wash the menstrual cup and clean the sterilizer.
- The menstrual cup can be placed in the sterilizer and stored in a dry place.
Service
For product quality problems caused by non-human factors within one year from the date of purchase, please contact the dealer for complete machine replacement. Please provide a description or picture when the quality issues involved.
Non-warranty
- Incorrect use and human-induced damage.
- Cannot provide proof of purchase.
Decalcifying
After a while, limescale can be build up in the sterilizer. This is not dangerous to human health.
- Fill the Clean Bum with a mixture of water and vinegar.
- Turn on the sterilizer and let it boil for 8 minutes.
- Repeat if necessary.
- Repeat the process with clean water.
- Dry the sterilizer.
