Skin Exfoliating Brush

It is smaller than a Clairsonic maybe 1 1/4 inches? It is not suitable for a body brush, but it works ok for a facial brush. More importantly, the cleansing lotion that comes with it is fantastic (not the scrub, just the cleaning lotion).

Yes, I use it with the microdermabrasion system. Takes more time to rinse out, clean off the brush but it works great.

You can definitely just use the cleanser. The brush heads are a deeper clean and remove dead skin which leaves you skin softer and much cleaner. You should only use the brush once per day as it would too hard on your skin. I really love the feel of my skin after using the brush with cleanser.
The microdermabrasion foam head is for the Pro X brush which was discounted as of July 2020.
I have seen replacement brushes which appeared to be the same that were included with original product.
Not sure what Pixnor 7 is but if it’s a facial cleaning product I will say yes.
The inside of the head is in the shape of a pentagon. Maybe the best way would be to take your head into a Walgreens or CVS to see if it will fit onto an Olay handle.
