DEAR CUSTOMER, Thank You for purchasing a CENTEK brand product. We guarantee flawless function of this item, provided the guidelines of its operation are observed.
This appliance is designed for use in domestic and similar applications, in particular: – in personnel kitchen zones at stores, offices and industrial facilities; – at agricultural farms; – by clients at hotels, motels and other residential facilities; – in private boarding houses.
PURPOSE OF THE APPLIANCE: The kettle is designed for heating and boiling drinking water.
1. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS The following requirements should be strictly observed in order to avoid situations hazardous for human life and health, as well as premature failures of the appliance: 1. Carefully read the present manual prior to operating the appliance. Retain the
present manual, cash voucher and appliance packaging. 2. Use the appliance only for its intended purpose. 3. This appliance is not designed for commercial applications. Do not use the
appliance outdoors. 4. Do not place the appliance near heat sources, do not expose it to direct sunlight
and moisture (do not submerse it in water or other liquids). 5. Do not touch the appliance with wet hands. In case of ingress of moisture or
leakage from the appliance immediately disconnect it from power supply. 6. Always disconnect the appliance from power supply after use and before
cleaning (pull the plug, do not pull it out by the cable).

7. Do not let children play with the appliance. Do not leave the appliance unattended. Ensure that the power cable is routed in a location inaccessible for children.
8. Regularly check the appliance and its power cable for damage. Operating a damaged appliance is not allowed.
9. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourselves, apply to certified technicians. In case of damage to the power cable have it replaced by the Manufacturer, an authorized service centre or other skilled personnel.

SPECIAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS 1. Fill the kettle with cold water only. 2. Ensure that the kettle is turned off before removing it from the base! 3. Ensure that the lid is firmly closed before turning the kettle on. 4. Do not attempt to boil water in the kettle with the lid open, this will prevent
the automatic shutdown from functioning and may cause a fire. 5. Use the kettle only together with the base supplied with it. 6. Avoid contact of water with the surface of the kettle and the power base. 7. The water level should be between the MAX and MIN marks! If the kettle is folled
over the maximum level mark, boiling water may spill out! 8. Use the appliance only with the proper connector. 9. The appliance is not designed to be powered from an external timer or other
separate remote control system. 10. CAREFUL: accessible surfaces of the appliance can reach high temperature
during operation. Do not touch the hot surfaces.

The appliance should not be used by physically, sensory or mentally handicapped persons (including children) or by persons without sufficient experience or knowledge, unless such persons are under supervision, or have been instructed on the use of the appliance, by the persons responsible for their safety. 4. OPERATING PROCEDURE – Retain all packaging materials until you make sure that the kettle operates
properly. – Ensure that the power supply grid voltage corresponds to the one indicated on
the kettle’s base before operating it. – Do not operate the unit with damaged power cable or plug. – Before the first use boil and discard water two times. It is recommended to
add some citric acid to the water for the first boiling. The kettle is designed for boiling pure water only. – Place the kettle on a smooth level surface. Do not place the kettle at the edge of a table.

– Connect the kettle to an electric socket. Excessive power cord can be wrapped around the guides inside the base and draw its end through the cutout in its side.
– Do not let the power cord hang from a table where a child can pull on it. – Do not place the kettle near heating appliances and hot surfaces. CONTROL PANEL

«BARISTA MODE» This mode is suitable for making coffee. To activate the mode press button (1), the indicator and temperature value will light up on the display. Use the temperature regulator to select the required value (three temperature levels are available for this mode: 91 ° / 93 ° / 96 °).
«MUTE» MODE Press and hold button (1) for 3 seconds to enter the «Mute» mode, a symbol will appear on the display. Hold down the button again to cancel the mute mode.
TEMPERATURE REGULATOR The temperature regulator allows: · selecting the desired temperature to which the kettle will heat the water (within
a range of 40 to 100 ° at an increment of 5 , or 100 to 212 °F); · selecting the temperature in the «Barista» mode; · setting the time and temperature for maintaining the temperature in the «Keep
Warm» mode.
«KEEP WARM» MODE This mode allows maintaining the selected temperature within a time period from 10 minutes to 2 hours. If the temperature drops below the selected value the heating element will turn on automatically. The «Keep Warm» mode is activated by pressing button (3). · Temperature Maintenance Time Selection. Press the «Keep Warm» button once.
The time indicator (00:10) will appear on the display together with the HOLD indicator. Using the temperature regulator set the desired warming time (at a 10-minute increment). The maximum allowable time of temperature maintenance is 120 minutes. · Temperature selection. After setting the time press the «Keep Warm button once again. The temperature value indicator will appear on the display together with

the HOLD indicator. Using the temperature regulator set the desired temperature that you wish to maintain during the selected time. If you select 100 the water will be brought to a boil again when the temperature drops by 5 . If you select a temperature lower than 100 the «Keep Warm» function will be activated if water temperature drops by 2 . A indicator will light on the display as long as the «Keep Warm» function is active. When the selected time elapses the appliance will automatically switch to standby mode.
°F/° SELECTOR BUTTON Press and hold button (3) for 3 seconds to change the temperature display unit (this function is active in both standby and operating modes).
«START/CANCEL/OFF» BUTTON After selecting the function in standby mode pressing the button once will activate the appliance. Press the button twice to start heating the water in the kettle. Press the button twice once again to stop the heating process and switch to the standby mode. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn the appliance off.
LCD DISPLAY The display indicates: · Water temperature in the kettle; · Water temperature setting (together with the SET indicator); · Warming time (together with the HOLD indicator); · Water heating scale.
«KEEP WARM» MODE INDICATOR The indicator lights up when the «Keep Warm» mode is activated and turn off when the function is cancelled (deactivated).

WATER HEATING INDICATOR The indicator lights up when water heating starts and goes out when the heating is completed.
«BARISTA MODE» INDICATOR The indicator lights up when the «Barista» mode is activated.
«MUTE» MODE INDICATOR The indicator lights up when the «Mute» mode is activated.
NOTE: The standby mode lasts for 5 minutes after which the kettle will automatically power off, the display and all indicator will go out. After that, pressing any button or turning the temperature regulator dial will return the kettle to standby mode.
MEMORY FUNCTION If you lift the kettle off the power base and put it on again within 10 minutes it will automatically resume operation in the selected mode. The button (4) indicator backlight will light on; however the LCD display setting indicator and the other buttons will not light up.
OPERATING THE KETTLE – Before connecting the kettle to power supply, ensure that the power switch is
in the OFF position. – Grab the kettle by the handle and lift it vertically off the power base. Open the
lid. Please do not fill hot tap water into the kettle. Open the tap and let the water run for a few seconds to ensure that it is clean. – Fill water into the kettle. Check the water level by the level gage on the kettle housing.

– agar ularni almashtirish dizayn bilan bog’liq bo’lsa va mahsulotni demontaj qilish bilan bog’liq bo’lmasa, quyidagi aksessuarlarning ishdan chiqishi: a) masofadan boshqarish pultlari, akkumulyatorli batareyalar, quvvat oluvchi vositalar( batareykalar), tashqi quvvat manbalari va zaryadlovchi qurilmalar; b) sarf materiallari va aksessuarlar (qadoqlash, qopqoq, kamar, sumka, to’r, pichoq, shisha, plitalar, ushlagichlar, panjara, shishalar, shlanglar, quvurlar, cho’tkalar, nozullar, chang yig’uvchilar, filtrlar, hidni yutuvchilar); – batareya bilan ishlaydigan asboblar uchun-yaroqsiz yoki quvvati bitgat batareyalar bilan ishlash; – akkumulyator bilan ishlaydigan qurilmalar uchun-batareyalarni zaryadlash va zaryadlash qoidalarining buzilishi natijasida yuzaga kelgan har qanday zarar. 5. Ushbu kafolat ishlab chiqaruvchi tomonidan amaldagi qonun hujjatlarida belgilangan iste’molchining huquqlaridan tashqari taqdim etiladi va ularni hech qanday tarzda cheklamaydi. 6. Ishlab chiqaruvchi TM CENTEK mahsulotlarining odamlarga, uy hayvonlariga, iste’molchi va/yoki boshqa uchinchi shaxslarning mol-mulkiga bevosita yoki bilvosita etkazilgan zarar uchun javobgar emas, agar bu qoidalar va ish sharoitlariga rioya qilmagan bo’lsa, mahsulotni o’rnatish natijasida yuzaga kelgan bo’lsa; iste’molchining va/yoki boshqa uchinchi shaxslarning qasddan va/yoki ehtiyotsiz harakatlari (harakatsizligi) shaxslar fors-major holatlari. 7.
