To access Wi-Fi through JioPrivateNet, it is ONLY necessary that the Jio SIM is present in the 4G mobile handset and the handset has been configured to connect to JioPrivateNet SSID through EAP-SIM or Hotspot 2.0. Even if your mobile data is SWITCHED OFF, you will be able to access internet through Wi-Fi.
