  1. Flat surface should be as large/larger than TV to avoid panel damage.

  2. Plug the TV power cord into a wall outlet and connect any devices.

  3. Aim directly at the IR sensor on your TV. The power indicator will flash on when the TV turns on.
    Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.

  4. Press the INPUT button on the remote to highlight the input you wish to view.

This unit is equipped with Automated Content Recognition (“ACR”) Technology which (when enabled) is able to use video data to recognize what is playing on the TV and send information back to VIZIO about what is showing

There is a sleep timer in the settings, with 30, 60, 90, 120, and 180 minute options.

Yes

Does this Tv work in Europe? with 220 voltage?

Yes, if you use a voltage converter. The TV itself is not wired for 220 voltage.

Does the M7 series have a TV guide built in it?

Does the vizio 65″ class m-series quantum 4k hdr smart tv – m65q7-j01 have a built in tv tuner?

The 75 inch does so I assume the 65 inch does as well since the only difference in the model numbers are the size

They all fit like a normal hdmi

Spectrum, yes. Have it and it works just fine. It does not have the Fubo app on the T.V., but casting it is an option.This is from Vizio’s site:
