INTRODUCTION
Suitable for five common sizes of thread. Creates a stronger internal thread in soft metals. Ideal for repairing damaged or stripped internal threads. Protects tapped threads against wear and damage. Includes drill bits, thread taps, stainless steel thread inserts, insert installation and lug breaking tools. Supplied in metal storage case.

OPERATION
- Drill out the damaged thread using the correctly sized twist drill bit provided.
- Tap drilled hole using screw tap provided.
- Load thread insert into installation tool.
- Screw insert into threaded hole.
- Remove the tag from the insert using the breaking pin tool.
- The thread is repaired and ready to use.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
