KEMPII SHELLBOX
Product Information
The AMT vaults are designed to provide excellent protection
performance for underground installations in the electrical,
energy, and telecommunication sectors. These vaults are made from
fully recycled polyethylene bags, and they are designed to meet the
highest demands of mechanical and environmental resistance. The
modular assembly of these vaults makes them easy to transport,
store, and install.
The AMT vaults offer high load capacity, flame retardant
protection, resistance to sunlight, abrasive wear, and a variety of
chemical agents. These vaults are made and tested under
international standards, ensuring their quality and reliability.
They also come with lateral cavities for better anchoring and
support, allowing walls up to 2 inches thick.
Product Usage Instructions
- Place the lower frame on the floor.
- Install one of the 60×60 cm square sidewalls on the frame using
a mallet. - Place one of the 60×90 cm rectangular side panels on the other
side of the frame, taking into account the coincidence of the
male-female assembly of its edges. - Install the other 60×60 cm square sidewall on top of the
previous panel using a mallet. - Place the other 60×90 cm rectangular side panel on top of the
frame, taking into account the coincidence of the male-female
assembly of its edges. - Finally, install the cover on top of the vault using galvanized
hexagonal screws and 2 1/2 screws. The cover comes with handles on
the sides for better handling and opening.
Note: The AMT vaults come with a high relief anti-slip surface
and a customization area with a logo. They also come in a variety
of colors according to requirements.
