Product Information

The DR-HO’S Neck Pain Pro is a pain therapy device (model
P.T.S-IIB) that is central to the Neck Pain Pro system. It is
designed to relieve pain associated with sore or aching muscles in
various parts of the body. The device features a program button
with 3 intensity intervals, an ergonomic self-contouring design
with a breathable cover, a travel clip for easy portability, arm
rests for secure electrode placement, an electrode outlet to
connect to the Neck Pain Pro or body pads, an intensity switch to
adjust treatment intensity, and a timer button with 3 treatment
time options (10, 20, and 40 minutes).

The device comes with unique built-in electrodes that are
clinically proven to help relax tight muscles, improve circulation,
and relieve pain. To ensure effective treatment, it is recommended
to apply DR-HO’S Electro Therapy Conductive Gel generously over the
electrodes before use and respray every 30 minutes during treatment
or if any slight stinging sensations occur. The gel reduces the
amount of contact between the electrode surface and the skin,
providing a more comfortable experience.

The Neck Pain Pro system also includes reusable body pads in two
sizes, which provide effective treatment for specific areas of the
body. The care instructions for the Neck Pain Pro device recommend
wiping it clean with a moist cloth and allowing it to air-dry.
Submerging it in water or washing it in a washing machine may
damage the electronic components.

Product Usage Instructions

Choose the appropriate treatment program and duration using the
program button and timer button.
Secure the device to your neck or other desired areas using the
arm rests.
Adjust the intensity of the treatment by turning the intensity
switch.
Apply DR-HO’S Electro Therapy Conductive Gel generously over
the electrodes before use and respray every 30 minutes or if slight
stinging sensations occur.
Ensure the electrodes are pressed firmly against your skin for
optimal contact.
Start the treatment and allow the device to automatically end
the session at the chosen program’s duration.
If desired, you can extend the treatment time by selecting a
program and its duration again, after first switching off the
device.
Refer to the pad placement chart for guidance on how to
position the large or small format pads depending on the area to be
treated.
After each use, wipe the Neck Pain Pro device clean with a
moist cloth and allow it to air-dry. Do not submerge it in water or
wash it in a washing machine.

Pain Therapy Device (model P.T.S-IIB) This device is central to DRHO’S Neck Pain Pro system. You can use it in combination with the Neck Pain Pro or with the individual sets of body pads. Choose your treatment program and duration easily without having to bend down. Everything is close to hand.
Program button You can choose from 3 programs with different intensity intervals.
Neck Pain Pro Ergonomic self-contouring design with breathable cover.
Travel clip Use to secure to luggage or around your neck while travelling.
Arm rests Place your arms in the arm rests and pull down to ensure electrodes are pressed firmly against your skin.

Electrode outlet
Connects to either the Neck Pain Pro or body pads.
Intensity switch
Increase or decrease the intensity of the intended treatment by turning the wheel using your index finger.
Timer button
You can choose from 3 treatment times, namely 10, 20 and 40
minutes. The treatment will end automatically at the end of the chosen program. If you wish, you can extend the treatment time by selecting a program and its duration again, after first switching
OFF the device.

This patented gel is developed to moisten the electrodes and the skin, to reduce the amount of contact between the electrode
surface and the skin, and to ensure more comfortable and
effective treatment.

Mini Spray Bottle To easily and generously apply the conductive gel
over the surface area and edges of the 4 electrodes.

Reusable body pads The electrode pads, which are available in two sizes, provide effective treatment for specific areas of the body. These zones can be found in the overview on
page 6.

Neck Pain Pro care instructions Wipe clean with a moist cloth and allow to air-dry. Do not submerge in water or wash in the washing machine because water may damage the electronic components.

· For optimal results replace the electrode pads after 30 to 50 sessions.
· Electrode pads are intended for personal use and should not be used by others.

Electrode body pads
· Do NOT use the large and small body pads under your feet.
· If the pads feel dry or irritating, spray them with a small amount of DR-HO’S Electro Therapy Conductive Gel, wait 30 seconds and re-attach the pads to your body.

1 Insert 2 AAA batteries in the back of the device. It is best to use alkaline batteries.

2 Neck Pain Pro
A Plug the wire firmly into the top of the device.
B Remove cloths, metal necklaces and jewelry around your neck.
C For the best results, apply the conductive gel to your neck and shoulders.
D Apply generously conductive gel over the entire surface area and edges of all 4 electrodes.
E Rub the gel into the electrodes with your fingers and make sure they are wet.
F Place your arms in the arm rests and pull the Neck Pain Pro against your neck. Lean back or lay down.

2 Electrode body pads
A Insert the plug from the selected set of electrode pads into the Pain Therapy Device.
B To use the pads, remove the transparent protective film from both electrode pads to expose the self-adhesive and sticky gel layer.
C Spray a little bit of gel evenly over the surface of the pads, using the handy spray bottle supplied.
D Refer to the pad placement chart on page 6. Note: The system ONLY works if you attach both pads from the same set to your body.
E Attach both pads to the area of the body that you wish to treat. Make sure the pads do not touch each other.
F After using the pads, stick the transparent film onto the self-adhesive gel layer again.

3 Turn the switch to `ON’. Then increase the intensity slowly until your muscles start moving of their own accord.
4 Press the `Mode’ button to choose from 3 programs with different intensity intervals, A, B or C. A flashing light will indicate the selected mode.
5 Press the `Time’ button to select the treatment time, 10, 20 or 40 minutes. Turn the switch to `OFF’ after your 10, 20 or 40 minutes treatment. To continue the treatment first turn the device off and then back on again.

Belangrijk:

Elektrode lichaamspads · Verwijder vóór gebruik het doorzichtige
folie. Breng na elke behandeling het doorzichtige beschermfolie weer aan op de pads. · Voelen de pads droog of irriterend aan? Sproei er dan gel op, wacht 30 seconden en bevestig ze weer op uw lichaam.

1 Plaats 2 AAA-batterijen in de achterzijde van het apparaat. U kunt het beste alkaline-batterijen gebruiken.

2 Neck Pain Pro
A Steek het snoer van het Neck Pain Pro kussen in het bedieningsconsole.
B Verwijder eventuele kleding, halskettingen en sieraden.
C Breng voor het beste resultaat de geleidende gel aan op uw nek en schouders.
D Spray gel royaal over het gehele oppervlak én de randen van de vier elektroden.
E Wrijf de gel in met uw vingers en zorg ervoor dat de elektroden goed nat zijn.
F Steek uw armen door de armsteunen en trek de Neck Pain Pro stevig tegen uw nek. Ga ontspannen leunen of liggen.

2 Elektrode lichaamspads
A Steek de stekker van een set elektrodepads in het bedieningsconsole.
B Verwijder het doorzichtige beschermfolie van beide pads zodat de zelfklevende gellaag vrijkomt.
C Besproei de elektrodepads een weinig met DR-HO’S Conductive Gel. Hiervoor is de handige sprayflacon meegeleverd.
D Zie het overzicht voor de plaatsing van de grootof kleinformaat pads op pagina 12.
E Bevestig de twee pads op de lichaamszone die u wenst te behandelen. Let erop dat de pads elkaar niet raken.
F Plak het doorzichtige folie na gebruik weer terug op de zelfklevende gellaag van de pads.

3 Zet de-schakelaar op `ON’. Voer de intensiteit langzaam op totdat uw spieren vanzelf in beweging komen.
4 Druk op de `Mode’ knop om één van drie programma’s te kiezen, A, B of C. Uw keuze wordt aangegeven door een knipperend lampje.
5 Druk op de knop `Time’ om de behandeltijd te kiezen. Om verder te gaan met de behandelen nadat de tijd is afgelopen, schakelt u het apparaat eerst uit en vervolgens opnieuw in.

· Les patchs sont destinés à être utilisés sur soi-même et pas sur quelqu’un d’autre.
· Les deux patchs d’une paire doivent être placés sur le corps en même temps pour pouvoir fonctionner. Veillez à ce que les patchs ne se touchent pas, sinon les impulsions ne seront pas ressenties.

Remarque importante :

Patchs pour le corps · Avant d’utiliser les patchs, enlevez le film
transparent qui les protège. Remettez le film en place sur la face adhésive des patchs à la fin du traitement. · Que faire si les patchs semblent secs ou irritants ? Vaporisez un peu de gel, attendez 30 secondes puis replacez les patchs sur le corps.

1 Mettre les 2 batteries AAA enplace à l’arrière de l’appareil. Le mieux est d’utiliser des piles alcalines.

2 Neck Pain Pro
A Branchez fermement le fil sur le dessus de l’appareil.
B Retirez les colliers et bijoux en métal autour de votre cou et desserrez et pliez les cols de chemise.
C Pour des meilleurs résultats, appliquez le gel conducteur sur votre cou et vos épaules.
D Appliquez genereusement vaporisations de gel conducteur sur la surface totale et les bords des 4 électrodes.
E Frottez le gel sur les électrodes avec vos doigts et assurez-vous qu’elles sont mouillées.
F Placez vos bras dans les soutiens pour les bras et placez le Neck Pain Pro contre votre nuque. Penchez-vous en arrière ou allongez-vous.

2 Patchs pour le corps
A Insérez la fiche d’une paire de patchs pour le corps dans le boîtier de programmation amovible.
B Enlevez le film protecteur des deux patchs pour découvrir la couche de gel adhésive.
C Vaporisez un peu de gel sur les patchs avant chaque utilisation. Une bouteille est livrée avec l’appareil à cet effet.
D Consultez l’aperçu des applications possibles pour savoir où placer les patchs pour le corps selon la zone à traiter.
E Placez les deux patchs sur la zone du corps que vous souhaitez traiter. Faites bien attention à ce que les patchs ne se touchent pas.
F Remettez le film transparent en place après utilisation des patchs pour protéger la couche de gel adhésive.

3 Mettez l’interrupteur sur `ON’. Augmentez ensuite lentement l’intensité jusqu’à ce que les muscles bougent d’eux-mêmes.

Appuyez sur le bouton « Mode » pour sélectionner le mode A, B ou C. Un lumière clignotante indiquera le mode sélectionné
5 Appuyez sur le bouton « Time » pour sélectionner la duré e du traitement. Pour poursuivre le traitement lorsque le temps est écoulé placez le cadran sur « OFF » puis de nouveau sur « ON ».

Timertaste
Sie können unter drei Behandlungsdauern wählen: 10, 20 und
40 Minuten. Nach Ablauf des gewählten Programms endet die Behandlung automatisch. Um zu verlängern, können Sie ein neues Programm mit der gewünschten
Dauer einstellen.
4 HIGHTECH-ELEKTRODEN
Klinisch erwiesene wirking: lockert verspannte Muskeln, verbessert die Durchblutung
und lindert Schmerzen.
Besprühen Sie die Elektroden vor jedem Gebrauch groß-
zügig mit Gel und bei längeren Behandlungen oder einem
unangenehmen Stechen erneut alle 30 Minuten.

DR-HO’S Elektrodengel für die Elektrotherapie
Speziell entwickelt zum Befeuchten der Elektroden und der Haut,
um so den Kontakt zwischen Elektrodenfläche und Haut zu überbrücken und die Behandlung angenehmer und effektiver
zu gestalten.

Mini-Sprühflasche Eine praktische Sprühflasche dient zum einfachen Auftragen des Gels über das ganze Oberfläche der 4 Elektroden-
kugeln.

WICHTIG!

DR-HO’S Neck Pain Pro ist ein medizinisches Gerät der Klasse IIA. Bitte lesen Sie alle Informationen sorgfältig und bewahren Sie es zum späteren Nachlesen auf.
Dieses komplette Schmerztherapiegerät dient zur Linderung von Schmerzen durch Belastung im Sport oder Alltag, durch regelmäßig auszuführende Haushaltsarbeiten und berufliche Aktivitäten.
Pflege- und Wartungshinweise Mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen und an der Luft trocknen lassen. Nicht in Wasser tauchen oder in der Waschmaschine waschen, da dies die elektronischen Teile beschädigen kann.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Nicht im Badezimmer (beim Baden oder Duschen), beim Schlafen, Autofahren oder Bedienen von Maschinen verwenden. Durch die Behandlung kann es zu unwillkürlichen Armbewegungen und zu Ermüdungserscheinungen kommen.

· Benutzen Sie für ein optimales Ergebnis nach 30 bis 50 Behandlungen neue Elektrodenpads.
· Benutzen Sie die Pads nicht gemeinsam mit einer anderen Person. Dies kann Hautirritationen oder Hautentzündungen zur Folge haben. Jede Person sollte ihren eigenen Satz Pads zur persönlichen Nutzung haben.
· Damit das System funktioniert, müssen 2 Pads von demselben Kabelsatz gleichzeitig auf dem Körper platziert werden. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Pads sich nicht berühren; anderenfalls sind keine Impulse zu spüren.
Zur Nachbestellung von wiederverwendbare Elektrodenpads, DR-HO’S Elektrodengel oder bei Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Lieferanten.

Elektroden Körperpads
· Entfernen Sie vor der Verwendung die transparente Schutzfolie. Bedecken Sie die Pads nach der Behandlung wieder mit der Schutzfolie.
· Sollten sich die Pads trocken anfühlen und ein leichtes Stechen auftreten, besprühen Sie die Pads ein wenig mit DR-HO’S Elektrodengel und warten Sie 30 Sekunden, bis sie wieder auf der Haut haften.

1 Legen Sie zwei Batterien des Typs AAA in das rückwärtige Fach ein. Am besten eignen sich Alkalibatterien.

2 Neck Pain Pro
A Stecken Sie den Stecker oben in die Gerätebuchse ein.
B Legen Sie Kleider, Halsketten und -schmuck ab.
C Tragen Sie für optimale Ergebnisse Elektrodengel an Hals und Schultern auf.
D Tragen Sie das Gel großzügig auf die gesamte Oberfläche der 4 Elektroden auf.
E Verreiben Sie das Gel mit den Fingern auf den Elektroden. Sie müssen gut befeuchtet sein.
F Legen Sie Ihre Arme in die Armstützen und ziehen Sie den Neck Pain Pro um den Hals. Lehnen Sie sich entspannt zurück oder legen Sie sich hin.

2 Körperpads
A Stecken Sie den Stecker eines Satzes Elektrodenpads in das Schmerztherapiegerät.
B Entfernen Sie die transparente Schutzfolie von der Gelhaftschicht der beiden Elektrodenpads.
C Besprühen Sie die Pads vor der Anwendung mit etwas Gel. Eine praktische Sprühflasche ist im Lieferumfang enthalten.
D Der Übersicht können Sie entnehmen, wie Sie die groß- und kleinformatigen Pads auf den zu behandelnden Körperpartien platzieren.
E Befestigen Sie die Pads an der Körperpartie, die Sie behandeln möchten. Achtung: Die Pads sollten sich nicht berühren.
F Bedecken Sie die Elektrodenpads nach jeder Behandlung wieder mit der Schutzfolie.

3 Stellen Sie den Schalter auf ,,ON”. Erhöhen Sie nun langsam die Intensität, bis sich Ihre Muskeln von selbst zu bewegen beginnen.
4 Um das Programm auszuwählen, drücken Sie die Taste ,,Mode” A, B oder C. Der ausgewählte Modus blinkt.
5 Die Behandlungsdauer stellen Sie über die Taste ,,Time” ein. Um die Behandlung fortzusetzen, nachdem die eingestellte Zeit abgelaufen ist, schalten Sie das Gerät zuerst aus und dann wieder ein.
