READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
This manual is an integral part of your CookoutTM barbecue accessory; it must be read carefully and understood before the accessory is fitted to the appliance.
Instructions for fitting your bench stand into your portable barbecue:
1. Refer to the pictures on the opposite page. 2. Place the barbecue on a soft surface, such as a blanket or soft cloth, to avoid
scratching. Assemble the stand parts (Classic Portable barbecue, refer to Figure 1, and Deluxe/Royale Portable barbecue, refer to Figure 1 and 1a). 3. Tilt the barbecue on to the back angled surface of the lid so you can see the two square hollow leg inserts on either side of the barbecue ( Figure 2) 4. Slide the short end of one leg into the leg insert on a 45-degree angle. 5. For the Classic Portable barbecue, slide the other leg into the opposite side of the barbecue so both legs cross each other at the back of the appliance, fitting the legs together using the interlocking slots (Figure 2). For the Deluxe/Royale Portable barbecue, slide the other leg into the opposite side of the barbecue and fit the additional piece of the stand into the matching slots on legs 1 and 2 (Figure 2a). 6. Ensure that the legs (and bracing for the Deluxe/Royale Portable barbecue) are securely fitted together to complete assembly of the stand. 7. Return the barbecue to the upright position and place securely on a bench or table (Figure 3). 8. If using with a Classic, Deluxe or Royale Gas Portable barbecue, the stand must be secured to the bench via the holes in the legs (Figure 4 and Figure 4a Deluxe/Royale Gas Portable barbecue).
