The Assembly Instruction provided in this manual is an essential
part of the machine. It is mandatory for the suppliers of new and
second-hand machines to deliver the Operator Manual/Assembly
Instruction with the machine and provide it to the customer. The
Assembly Instruction provides essential safety and accident
prevention instructions that must be followed while assembling and
using the machine.

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the machine, please read the Assembly Instruction
carefully. Store it carefully for future use. Follow the below
instructions for assembling the hopper cover onto either 3 or
4-sided extensions sets or directly onto the basic unit:

1. Attach the articulation brackets onto the spreader using the
   nuts, bolts, and synthetic washers provided. Ensure that the right
   and left-hand brackets are correctly positioned and not inverted.
   Left and right-hand brackets are indicated by corresponding decals
   and refer to the position when viewed in the direction of travel.
   When correctly positioned, the large hopper cover opening will be
   facing the rear and the hopper can be optimally filled. If fitting
   an AP 19 hopper cover to the Venta TF, mount the articulation
   brackets in the opposite way.
2. Lay the hopper cover on top of the spreading hopper so that the
   hopper cover extension (1) is facing the rear. If fitting an AP 19
   hopper cover to Venta TF, the hopper extension must face forward in
   the direction of travel.
3. Connect the middle link to both articulation brackets.
   Initially, only fit the outer bolts and do not fully tighten.
4. Assemble the inner bolts and tighten all four bolts
   firmly.
5. Connect the front link to both articulation brackets.
   Initially, only fit the outer bolts and do not fully tighten.
6. Fold down the hopper cover and insert the inner bolts (2)
   (length: 25 mm) on both sides from behind and through the
   articulation bracket, the link, and the hopper cover.
7. Mount the washer (3) and knob handle (4) on both screws and
   tighten all four screws.
8. Repeat step 7 for both sides of the hopper cover.

Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften
· Vor etwaigen Einstell- oder sonstigen Arbeiten z.B. Reinigung, Wartung , Anbau, Umbau, Reparatur oder Beseitigung von Verstopfungen, Zapfwelle ausschalten, Motor abstellen und Zündschlüssel abziehen. Das vollständige Anhalten aller drehenden Teile abwarten. Bei Kontrollen oder Reparaturen sich vergewissern, dass niemand aus Versehen den Düngerstreuer einschaltet.
· Bei Pflege-, Anbau- und Wartungsarbeiten immer die Hydraulikanlage drucklos machen. Den Traktor vom Düngerstreuer abkuppeln.
· Pflege-, Anbau- und Wartungsarbeiten nur durchführen, wenn der Düngerstreuer auf ebenem und tragfähigem Untergrund abgestellt und gegen Wegrollen und Einknicken gesichert ist (Abstellfüße / Rollen).
Essential safety and accident prevention instructions
· Before undertaking any adjustments or other work such as cleaning, maintenance, alterations, repairs or clearing blockages switch off the tractor engine and remove the ignition key. Make sure that no-one can inadvertently start up the fertiliser spreader while the operator is checking or repairing the unit.
· Before carrying out any service or maintenance work on the hydraulic system, lower the spreader onto the ground, relieve the system pressure, switch off the engine and remove the ignition key.
· Only carry out cleaning or maintenance work after the spreader has been lowered onto firm solid level ground and secured from jack-knifing and creeping on its support rollers or legs

Die hier aufgeführten Arbeitsschritte sind für die Montage Ihrer Abdeckplane auf 3seitige und 4-seitigen Aufsätze oder direkt auf das Grundgerät gültig. Eventuelle Abweichungen werden separat beschrieben. 1. Befestigen Sie die Gelenke mittels den Schrauben, Kunstoffscheiben und Muttern an
Ihrem Streuer. Achten Sie dabei auf die richtige Position der Gelenke (rechts/links). Diese ist an den innen angebrachten Aufklebern zu erkennen und bezieht sich immer auf die Fahrtrichtung. Somit ist gewährleistet dass die große Öffnung nach hinten zeigt und der Behälter optimal befüllt werden kann. Bei VENTA TF mit AP 19 müssen die Gelenke entgegen der Fahrtrichtung montiert werden!

2. Legen Sie die Plane auf Ihren Streuer. Beachten Sie dabei dass die Abdeckplanenverlängerung (1) entgegen der Fahrtrichtung liegt. Bei VENTA TF mit AP 19 muss die Abdeckplanenverlängerung in Fahrtrichtung liegen.
1 3. Verbinden Sie die mittlere Stange mit den beiden Gelenken. Bauen Sie zuerst jeweils nur
die äußeren Schrauben ein und ziehen Sie diese noch nicht fest.

5. Verbinden Sie die vordere Stange mit den beiden Gelenken. Bauen Sie zuerst jeweils nur die äußeren Schrauben ein und ziehen Sie diese noch nicht fest.

6. Klappen Sie die Plane herunter und stecken Sie auf beiden Seiten die innere Schraube (2) (Länge: 25 mm) von hinten durch das Gelenk, die Stange und die Abdeckplane.
7. Montieren Sie die Unterlagscheibe (3) und den Knopfgriff (4) an beide Schrauben und ziehen Sie alle 4 Schrauben fest.

8. Verbinden Sie die hintere Stange mit den beiden Gelenken. Bauen Sie zuerst jeweils nur die äußeren Schrauben ein und ziehen Sie diese noch nicht fest.

9. Klappen Sie die Plane herunter und stecken Sie auf beiden Seiten die inneren Schraube (2) (Länge: 25 mm) von hinten durch das Gelenk, die Stange und die Abdeckplane.
10. Montieren Sie die Unterlagscheibe (3) und den Knopfgriff (4) an beide Schrauben und ziehen Sie alle 4 Schrauben fest.

11. Montieren Sie die Rundknöpfe zum Befestigen der Gummi-Stroppen mittels den Schrauben, den schwarzen Kunststoffscheiben, den Unterlagscheiben und den Muttern auf beiden Streuerseiten.

Sollten die dafür notwendigen Löcher an Ihrem Streuer oder an Ihrem Aufsatz nicht vorhanden sein, dann müssen diese gebohrt werden. Das für Sie zutreffende Lochbild können Sie der folgenden Tabelle und Skizze entnehmen.

Arbeitsschritt 12 ist nicht gültig für AP 19 und AP 250 bei der Montage direkt auf das Grundgerät 12. Zum seitlichen Fixieren der Abdeckplanerverlängerung lösen Sie auf beiden Seiten die
Schraube (6) des Anschlagpuffers (5). Verschrauben Sie den Seitenflügel (7) wie in der Abb. zu sehen.

15. Führen Sie das Zugband (8) von innen durch die Öffnung der Plane und hängen Sie es wieder ein.

16. Ziehen Sie die Stroppe (9) aus der Führung und führen Sie sie von innen durch die Öffnung der Abdeckplane.

17. Wiederholen Sie die Arbeitsschritte 13 bis 16 bei allen weiteren Zugbändern und Stroppen.

Left- and right-hand brackets are clearly indicated by corresponding decals and refer to the position when viewed in direction of travel. When correctly positioned the large hopper cover opening will be facing the rear and the hopper can be optimally filled. When fitting an AP 19 hopper cover to the Venta TF, the articulation brackets must be mounted the other way round!

11. Bolt the round headed studs (used to attach the rubber straps) into place using the corresponding bolts, black synthetic washers, washers and nuts on both sides of the spreader.

If the necessary holes are not available on either the hopper or extension kits, they can be drilled using one of the following tables and diagrams that correspond to the spreader model.

Working sequence 12 is not valid for AP 19 and AP 250 when fitting directly onto the basic hopper 12. To secure the sides of the hopper cover extension, release the bolts (6) and stop pads
(5) on both sides. Then bolt the side wing (7) in place, as shown in the photo.

Working sequences 13 to 17 are only valid for AP 19 and AP 250 when fitting directly onto the basic hopper 13. Fold the side wings (7) and hopper cover together, as shown in the photo below, and
secure with the Velcro tape. 14. Release the tensioning strap (8).

15. Feed the tensioning strap (8) through the opening of the cover from the inside and reconnect.

16. Pull the rubber strap (9) from its guide and feed it through the opening of the cover from the inside.

17. Repeat sequences 13 to 16 for all tensioning straps and rubber straps.

Les instructions de montage ci après concernent le montage des bâches soit sur les machines de base, soit dotées de rehausses à 3 ou 4 côtés. Les cas particuliers sont décrits séparément. 1. Fixer les articulations latérales avec les vis, rondelles plastiques et écrous à la trémie.
Veiller au côté concerné (autocollant apposé sur l’articulation). Ceci assure une ouverture maximale en vue du chargement. Cas particulier: VENTA TF avec AP 19 : monter les articulations en sens contraire à l’avancement !

2. Poser la bâche sur la machine. Veiller à mettre le côté rallongé (1) à l’arrière. Cas particulier pour VENTA TF avec AP 19: le côté le plus long se situe à l’avant de la machine.
1 3. Relier maintenant les 2 articulations par la barre centrale. Ne mettre pour l’instant que les
vis externes sans les serrer.

4. Monter ensuite les 2 vis internes et serrer les 4 vis.

5. Relier maintenant les 2 articulations par la barre avant, mettre les 2 vis externes sans les serrer pour l’instant.

6. Rabattre la bâche, mettre les 2 vis (2) (longueur 25 mm) internes en les passant par l’articulation, la barre et la toile.
7. Mettre une rondelle (3) et l’écrou poignée. Serrer l’ensemble des 4 vis.

8. Relier les articulations par la barre arrière. Monter les 2 vis externes, ne pas serrer pour l’instant.

9. Rabattre la bâche, mettre les 2 vis (2) (longueur 25 mm) internes en les passant par l’articulation, la barre et la toile.
10. Mettre une rondelle (3) et l’écrou poignée. Serrer l’ensemble des 4 vis.

11. Monter les crochets destinés à la fixation des tendeurs avec les vis, rondelles en plastique noires, rondelles et écrous sur les 2 faces de la machine.

Si les emplacements requis pour le montage de ces crochets ne sont pas percés, se reporter au tableau suivant en vue du perçage.

Le point 12 suivant ne concerne pas le montage des bâches AP 19 et AP 250 si elles sont montées directement sur la machine de base. 12. Fixation des faces latérales du rabat de bâche: retirer la vis de maintien (6) de
l’amortisseur (5), y fixer la face du rabat et remettre la vis (6). 7

15. Engager le tendeur de toile (8) par l’intérieur à travers l’orifice de la toile et raccrocher de nouveau le tendeur.

16. Retirer le tendeur (9) de son guidage et le faire passer par l’intérieur vers l’extérieur de la toile.

17. Répéter ces opérations 13 à 16 sur tous les tendeurs.
