TYAN TS75-B7122 FR Parts Table

Product Information

The TS75-B7122 is a server with various replaceable parts. The FRU parts table provides a list of replaceable parts and their respective part numbers. The server features a 1600W PSU CHICONY power supply, a fan module, heatsink & cooler, air ducts, PCBA, riser boards, rack mounting parts, and various cables for internal connections.

Product Usage Instructions

When replacing any of the parts listed in the table, ensure that the server is powered off and unplugged from the electrical outlet. Refer to the following instructions for replacing some of the commonly replaced parts:

Replacing the Power Supply

1. Locate the power supply FRU-PS-0310 on the server.
2. Disconnect all cables connected to the power supply.
3. Remove any screws securing the power supply to the server chassis.
4. Gently pull the power supply out of its slot in the server chassis.
5. Insert the new power supply into the empty slot.
6. Secure the power supply in place with screws.
7. Reconnect all cables to the new power supply.

Replacing the Fan Module

1. Locate and remove the old fan module FRU-TS-9230 from the server chassis.
2. Insert the new fan module into the empty slot.
3. Secure the fan module in place with screws.

Replacing the Heatsink & Cooler

1. Locate and remove the old heatsink & cooler FRU-TS-0320 from the server CPU.
2. Insert the new heatsink & cooler onto the CPU surface.
3. Secure the heatsink & cooler in place with screws.

Replacing Cables

1. Locate and remove the old cable to be replaced.
2. Insert the new cable into its respective slot.
