4230 Replacement TJ Headlight

Tools Needed:
* Phillips Screwdriver

Installing the KC Replacement TJ Headlight:

1. Remove the three Phillips screws from the headlight bezel. Grab the bezel and remove it from around the headlight.
2. Remove the four Phillips screws from the headlight retaining ring. Remove the retaining ring away to access the headlight.
3. Hold the headlight and pull it toward you. On the back of the headlight, you will find an electrical plug; unplug it from the headlight.
4. Connect the electrical plug to the back of the H-4 Bulb in your new KC Replacement Headlight. Insert the headlight back into its mount (hold it in place). Position the retaining ring around the headlight and install the four Phillips screws to secure it.
5. Reattach the headlight bezel around the headlight and install the three Phillips screws to finish.
6. You’re DONE! —- enjoy.
